I have really enjoyed Gainz so far. I love all the instructional videos and tracking capabilities the app provides. Also, the workout routines are very helpful and make tracking workout sessions a breeze! I highly recommend for anyone who likes to workout and wants a premier app at a very reasonable price!

Getting my Gainz!
I had been stuck in such a rut with the same set of workouts & the same routine every day at the gym. With Gainz I have started venturing to corners of my gym that I was previously afraid to explore. Gainz has given me the new edge & confidence I needed to make the most of my gym membership!!
Fantastic app!
I’ve been feeling so stuck at the gym lately. My problem: no idea what to do at certain equipment. Enter Gainz! It made it so approachable and easy to get started with confusing equipment. Seen a ton of progress; a million ‘thank you’: to them for redefining the workout experience! 🙏🏼
