Very poor since the move to Gallagher
Unlike other pension providers you can’t view your current pension value using this app. I can only see the value from a couple of decades ago when I left. You are forced to make contact & speak to someone, therefore the app is virtually useless.
Gallagher needs to understand that in these modern times your APP is what the public judge you by. This APP is applauding so I can only assume that this lack of care probably runs through to other parts of the company.
I will be looking to move my pension to another provider.

It doesn’t say anything about how much the value of your pension is today. Unlike other pension providers iv got. I only have to log in with them and my pension value comes up straight away.???????
Useless
Absolute nightmare to log on. I’ve clicked the forgotten login details and you have to input a Client Code. If I’ve forgotten it how is that helpful. I’m basically stuck logged out as there is no other option to get help.
Awful app
The login screen asks for a client code. If you don’t know the code or have lost it you seemingly can’t use the app at all.
Poor UX/UI and can’t do much
It’s pretty poor UI - that’s obvious from the screenshots.
You have to force quit in order to log back in
You can’t do very much at all in the App
So, in summary a bit of a waste of effort by Buck and waste of memory on your phone
