Please redesign the app already. Its been the same for years and its always sucked.

I have had gamefly for years but they take lot time to decide on a game after you send one back then they take long time for you to actually get it and when you say that you haven’t gotten yet they blame it on the mail service. When i first started this account i only had to wait few days not a week to play them but i like how many games they have!!!

Never received my game
Wait 11 days it never came and I reported it missing and the next day they have it, so I can’t get my game in a week and a half but y’all can get it back in one day make it make sense please…

I had an elite membership for only a little over 2 weeks, I canceled my membership and reactivated by accident, then there was a withdrawal from my account again, not only I wasted almost 35 dollars for only 2 weeks, but there was another 10 dollars taken out for the other membership I thought was going to be credited from the elite membership, I had the elite for only 16 days, and I ended up paying $45?! Update: I got refunded $10…. And there was so many games to click on, but almost nothing to pick from, and what’s really insulting is the clickbait, there’s too much clickbait, I find a game I want to try, I click on it and rent, then it says availability low or very low, and a lot of games don’t have the keep option, GameFly use to be a good value, but now I been getting scammed the past couple months because of lack of choice and being charged for it. Actually there is one use, gamelock!

Paying for Nothing
Games take too long to ship after the addition of gamelock. What a shame.
Scott R from customer service called me a liar and deleted my account.
I’ve bought many used games and movies from them for years. Lately all I’ve been getting is scratches on my 4k Blu-ray orders. So I send them back in hopes of getting an actual usable copy. My last order was Zodiac and Alien Romulus. Zodiac’s disc arrived with an inch long scratch and Romulus with a small faint scratch. So I returned them. Keep in mind you can’t rebuy these things until they get back the original copy for whatever stupid reason. Today I got a email from their customer service manager sayings I can’t do business with them anymore because I’m abusing their returns, he said and I quote “We reviewed both discs and they were in excellent condition, we just cannot continue to send discs out if every copy is going to get returned.” I literally sent him a picture of an inch long scratch and then he ghosted me. What do I gain from returning a movie I want to own? Those two films have been the 5th total blurays that I’ve bought that has arrived scratched. There was no sympathy whatsoever.

Won’t give the game on the top of my list
I’ve had this game on the top of my list since January but whenever they ship a game it’s always I different game that’s in my queue.
No games still charged

I love this service so much I had to review it on the App Store which I don’t do often
Although I’m still on free trial I am loving this service and I’m extremely mad at myself for not getting into GameFly sooner. I played space marine 2 finished the campaign and played the multiplayer, returned it and have another game on the way. You can even buy games on here. I am most definitely sticking with this service past the free trial. If you like physical media and want to continue to support it in every which way possible In an age of digital services and the unlikely hood of games ownership I highly implore everyone to hop on this service.

It never keeps me signed in
No it’s not the end of the world but it’s just annoying and tedious that every time I check my order or go to buy something I have to sign in. Fix it please!!!!
