Easy to navigate
We have become very active in the concert world lately and I will say for a ticket venu app this one has been by far the easiest to maneuver and navigate through when searching and purchasing tickets!

Ticket transfer process is broken
I bought tickets through Gametime, and only after purchase did they inform me that the tickets would be delivered through a separate service, SeatGeek. After hours working with both companies’ support teams, neither has been able to complete the transfer. Gametime has also not offered any other options to remedy. I’d give fewer stars if it was an option.

Found out that selected seats are not guaranteed. If they decide to “upgrade” you, you get whatever they determine to be better seats.

Horrible customer service
Their AI chatbot is the worst. Even if you ask for customer service or to take it to a different level, it just goes into a repeat mode of the same answer over and over again.
