I love purchasing my tickets through this app. I find the best prices and it’s very simple to navigate. I have yet to have any issues with it.

Can’t really beat the price of tickets I’ve seen on Gametime, especially as you get closer to “game time.” Only inconvenience I’ve had lately is having to use outside apps to claim/manage tickets. I think this is more of a COVID shift than anything the folks at Gametime pushed. I used to be able to manage 99% of tickets within the app, but now it seems many teams / venues have developed their own apps to manage tickets. Now it seems 99% of tickets need to be managed within a venue-specific app. Downgrade in experience from the user’s perspective, but I’m sure they all have their reasons. Nothing to hold against the Gametime app, besides the fact that the closer you buy your tickets to “game time” - scoring the best discount on tickets - the greater risk you have of waiting outside the venue on your tickets to be transferred.

SCAM- DO NOT USE
I purchased tickets on this platform for a concert over a month in advanced. When i got the transfer from SeatGeek. (That’s right i had to download and make an account for seat geek even though i bought on Gametime) the tickets were in an upper section not the section i paid for. So i reached out to their “customer happiness team” and it took them OVER A MONTH to send me replacement tickets the reassured me with the fake “ Gametime guarantee” those tickets would be right. NOPE. The tickets were still wrong and we are less than a week away from the actual concert. I will be asking for a refund and taking my business to somewhere that does not scam

$346 WASTED
Purchased a pair of tickets to a music festival through gametime for $346. After waiting in line to enter the venue, the tickets did NOT work. After speaking to a customer service representative, I was repeatedly told I would need to fill out a resolution form for the investigation team to review. I respectfully told them I’d gladly answer any questions that they had on the form directly over the phone. I’ve worked in customer service for several years, and would not take “this is just our policy” for an answer. After some insistence, I was escalated to a supervisor (Gino.) I explained to Gino that I would again not accept “fill out the form and wait for the resolution team to come up with a solution” for an answer. I AM OUT OF $346. Gino then transferred me to a “manager”? (Charlie.) Soon after once again explaining my situation to Charlie, about waiting in line at the venue and then getting publicly embarrassed when the tickets didn’t work, I was told fill out the form or you’re out of luck. He then proceeded to abruptly hang up the phone. This was now after being on hold and getting the run around for several hours so business hours were now closed and could no longer get a hold of anyone. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MORALLY BANKRUPT COMPANY.
