Do Not Recommend
I used this app and when the seller refused to send the ticket initiation email I contacted Gametime. I was told to wait multiple days and then told to wait again, and then told to wait again, it was horrible customer service when I finally asked for a refund I was ignored and had to reach out to a different customer service agent. I would not recommend using this app. Just go through Ticketmaster for a guarantee and less stress.

Manipulating prices
As the event gets closer, I keep looking back for deals and their prices keep getting higher. You can look at the same seats on other sites that are reselling and they’re less they see that I’m interested in something and they’re raising the price.
Gametime always
Close friends recommended Gametime and they were right. Buying tickets is fast. I usually wait till the last minute to get a deal because prices fall closer the the game.

Honestly, Gametime really impressed me with how they handled my ticket situation. I bought tickets for the Kanye West event, and when my original seats became unavailable because of a cancellation, I was worried I’d have to deal with a whole mess. Instead, Gametime found me seats for the exact same price — and actually moved me closer! 🙌
Then today I realized they had also added credit to my Gametime account on top of everything. I wasn’t expecting that at all.
That’s how you earn a loyal customer. Things can happen with ticket orders, but what really matters is how a company handles it — and Gametime went above and beyond for me. Definitely appreciate the customer service and the way they made the situation right. ❤️

This is really a good app and I use it all the time for my tickets. Wish it would give me a really cheap deal on the parking tickets for my next sporting event, but they are always competitive if not cheapest and dependable. Service is always great, tickets are always good, well-priced, as represented and fair if not a really good deal.
