I don’t know how they’re gonna say they “fixed bugs” in their recent update whenever since I can’t track, view or even see any information about my purchases in app. It just says NaN to everything. I don’t understand how you’re receiving more than one complaint about this and still not doing anything… fix ts.

Such a useless App
The app takes me to the Update screen every time I open it, even though it’s already up to date. I have to open it from the App Store every single time. This is ridiculous—I can’t believe such a poorly designed app has such a basic issue.

Good but I can’t track my order
It won’t let me track my order, it doesn’t let me see my order number, delivered or anything. I’m not sure why it’s doing this as it was working fine until my last two purchases. This is concerning as I travel and I don’t always know when it’s going to be delivered so I don’t know when to be there to receive it. If I’m not there I risk the package being stolen.

this app is great until it comes to tracking orders. i open up my orders, then press view order and it gives no info. all it says is NaN , no order number, no order summary nothing. this is very frustrating and im hoping it gets fixed soon.
Hard to find anything
Love the clothes & the store, hate the app. it is NOT easy to search for anything specific WHATSOEVER. I search up skirt hoping to find a black jean skirt and it comes up with NO SKIRTS and random sweat sets. that also happens with anything i want to find. they have no good filtering options, they don’t even section their app to be able to find “jeans” or “Short sleeve tshirts” like genuinly why do i have to search the EXACT NAME OF SOMETHING for it to pop up. does this mean im going to stop ordering from garage? nope love the clothes but still hate the app. i’m writing this review out of concern and love because i WISH SO BADLY U GUYS MADE UR APP BETTER PLEASE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. Update: now i can’t even choose a store location to pick up my jean skirt that took digging to find IM CRASHING OUT GARAGE I BEG U PLEASEE

I’ve tried to purchase things for the last month and it continues to say my payment is invalid when ONE i have money to get it, TWO i tried to change my payment MULTIPLE times. I’m honestly irritates because I’ve purchased THREE things from them and all of the sudden it doesn’t want to work. FIX THE APP PLEASE!

Garage, good/questionable/quality.
For starters I have been shopping at garage for a long time, which I love there clothes. But I am now realizing they are really overpriced because their quality is declining. Really good quality will not rip after a few months, pill or shrink, but shrinking happens now because of the dryer so air drying there clothes is the best/ all clothes. One thing I would like to point out is cotton / organic cotton is really breathable which there jeans have that material! On the other hand there sweatpants/ sweatshirts and athletic wear does not have that. Some of there shirts have this material, but have other stuff mixed in. Always look at the material so you are getting the best quality and moneys worth of it will be pointless. There leggings pill, and some of there other clothes fall apart like sweat shorts, and sweatpants pill really quick. A LOT OF OTHER COMPANIES HAVE REALLY GOOD QUALITY BUT STILL HAVE THE PARICE LIKE GARAGE, (CHICOS is a good brand and others like ( Hollister has stuff priced cheaper) once you can’t find any any other good material from garage!
Hopefully they change their material for the price it would be worth it for how much they are making on the stuff now, they can def change the material to better stuff.

Garage can we PLEASE have shirts for the skinny girls with big tatas? Like the clothes fit amazingly but the ones with built in bras just don’t work. Could you make ones for like people with like 32DD’s or bigger?

Bad app and now bad clothes
Always signs me out and the app is overall annoying to use. Also when did Garage turn into a bad knockoff of lululemon? Why is everything you sell activewear ??? Bring back actual clothes please
