Lousy app. Wants you to become a member before you proceed. Will not send a verification code for continuing as a guest. Very tricky.
Terrible! Don’t bother!
Never did get the code to get in to buy tickets. Website doesn’t work either. Gardens by the Bag needs some major tech work!!!
Download time takes 20mins
Be prepared to wait at least 20mins. Download it before you arrive. This is how they treat Friends of the Garden
Useless for international visitors
Useless as it requires a text message verification to use the app. What about international visitors who don’t have mobile text message access?! Should offer an alternative through email or WhatsApp, especially as they already provide free WiFi access throughout the gardens (which is great!!). There are very few signs so this app is sorely needed but can’t be used with text message access. Be warned.

Tried to register but never received one time code via text message despite trying several times.
I’m visiting from overseas but have my roaming on and have been sending and receiving messages without any issue.
It would be handy to have another verification method, maybe email?

Drains battery and really slow
The app drained my battery within 2 hours of opening it. Don’t know what it’s doing in the background. The app is also really slow. This is on an IPhone 14 Pro.

App is bad, use the website
Made me charge for my booking twice, extremely slow, unintuitive, buggy with occasionally freezes. Just use the website
