Beware of Garner
Garner does not allow you to pick the specialist that’s best for you. They require you to choose the cheapest and bottom of the bucket options. We’ve lost several employees after switching to Garner.
Super Easy
This app has been super easy to use. I started with paper checks for reimbursement and now I am switching to direct deposit. The app is user friendly. Simple search for providers and clinics.
Difficult App
I am very disappointed with the Garner app. It is hard to use, impossible to contact anyone. Almost impossible to get reimbursed. Not what I thought we were paying for.
Prompt and courteous
In a world where when we call people, we often get on the line what seems like an endless cycle, or get people to help us who really don’t want to do it, Garner Health is amazing. They are courteous, responsive, and friendly.
Easy and Awesome
Garner’s concept takes a little time to wrap your mind around, but the app makes execution easy. The concierge feature uses friendly and competent people to make finding and adding doctors a breeze. I’ve even used them to add all providers from entire practice groups. Getting reimbursed feels awesome!

Works great
Getting money back for picking through the best doctors is great. Easy to add a doctor if they aren’t on their list. Auto deposits into my bank account. Makes choosing a doctor and getting reimbursed a little cash super easy.
Too many e mails

Happy customer!
Garner answered all my questions. They did it quickly and everyone was so nice. I am technically challenged and they were very helpful and polite.
Thank you Garner!
I’m a Benefits Specialist for a very large employer. This is our first year using Garner. I was very skeptical at first but Garner truly delivers on exactly what they claim they will. My own personal experience has been so easy and positive. This program and the app itself could not be any easier.
scam
this is a joke
A Blight on HRAs
This company is yet another layer of cost in the medical system. A blight up HRAs and allowing folks to choose their own care.
I don’t know if I’ve been more disappointed or saddened by the existence of a company so cynical and parasitic as this one.

Finding a Dr.
This app is garbage. You find in network doctors on here but it doesn't provide a number to that dr office. Then when you finally get a hold of that dr office they tell you that you need a referral. How stupid is that? Hope this helps people realize that united healthcare is the worst insurance there is.

Love my Garner benefit - Finding top doctors and getting my bills covered
I’ve always found it difficult to find a doctor who is actually in network and know whether they would be a good doctor and whether I’d get surprise bills. I love that I can now go into Garner app, find a Top Provider, and know the doctor is a top doctor who is in -network AND my costs will be reimbursed. I have much better peace of mind in terms of visiting the doctor. And I love that I know I’m seeing only the best doctors

Can’t update app
As of now if I open the app it says I need to update it. When I come here to the App Store there’s no update, I just have Open. So it’s a vicious cycle of not being able to use the app because it isn’t possible to update it.
Super easy to use and convenient
I like this so. I’ve been using it for a year. When my family practitioner moved, I needed to find someone new. The app guided me with their rating system and provider descriptions. That was very handy.
So Easy
Using this app is super easy - we select the Dr and then its on autopilot - we receive a check in the mail
app is fine, service provided is actually frustrating
A lot of the “preferred” doctors have horrible reviews IRL, so I’m not sure what their reviews are based on - please do your own homework and ask around about doctors. Do not appreciate them asking INVASIVE information about my condition in order for them to recommend a doctor for me. I do not want yet another business inserting itself into my healthcare so in several cases have not made use of the service because they would have forced me to a doctor i did not want to see. Nice idea in practice but hope our place of employment isn’t paying too much for this service

Better! Working!
This has gotten a lot better. It would be great if it sent a text to alert you of a reimbursement.
Not for Everyone
The experience of using the Garner service is directly related to whether they consider your medical provider to be a “top doc” based on insurance claims data. Many top specialists and high regarded leading medical professionals are either not ranked by Garner or are simply absent from their database.

Horrible
Horrible app and even worse company. Doctors aren’t in network, employees have no idea what they are doing, small pool of doctors to choose from.
