Scam Alert
When I tried to switch Services, I was told I was not allowed to and when I tried again, I was told it was too late. I had to accept the variable price which was five times. Than the fixed price.
Bad Tech
Is there not one gas company that can get their website or app to work? Literally can’t access anything for my account, including adding another address. The incompetence from all of these multi million dollar corps is absolutely astounding.
App Doesn’t Work
Every time I log into the app it buffers until it times out.

Sadly this app refuses to work. From other reviews it looks like it hasn’t worked in years. Developers please correct your app or discontinue having it available. I prefer the convenience of an app to pay my bill. Thank you

Doesn’t load
I downloaded this app, deleted, redownloaded it. Still does not work. Takes me to the login screen then doesn’t load. Can’t access anything, completely useless.

Horrible app, horrible company, much expensive than other gas companies as soon as my contract is finish I’m canceling this service
App is a scam
Ive been having problems with my account for the last 2 payment periods for some reason constantly having to update my payment information even though i had not changed anything personally, then i see in the passwords app on my iPhone that my accounts password had been compromised for who knows how long, now im not even allowed to enter the app or the website to make my payment and ive been emailed about disconnect letters

Terrible App
This app is terrible. It doesn’t even work properly. The interface is slow and no wonder because the company is too.
Working as expected
I mostly login to make payment once a month and it works pretty well.
Worst app
Why I cannot call the 1-800 gas south number in the app? I have to go to google to find the number! Worse service ever!
Snail app
Takes 10 minutes or more to log on. Website is just as broken. I am considering switching based on this pathetic UX.

Only slightly better than their garbage website
Their website runs like it’s on dialup in 1998, this app is only slightly better. Probably just a skin over the actual website rather than a standalone app.

Can’t even use my app
I’ve updated it, deleted it and redownloaded it and still it keeps saying I need to update the app. Can’t even sign it. Was working fine up until today
