Frustrating
This new app is so frustrating. When I am trying to log into my business app, it will randomly force me to verify the app and will try to call my home phone or my business phone, both of which our landline’s. If I am not at home and or at work and trying to do some business I cannot. So frustrating.

Doesn’t work with VPN… Again
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and for the most part I’ve been very pleased with it. However from time to time when they perform an app update various portions of the app stop working if you’re using a VPN. With the latest update the app won’t even load with the VPN turned on. The website still seems to work but in the meantime the app has become useless since you have to disable your security for the app to work. I’m using the McCafee VPN with an iPhone 17 Pro Max

I have to keep logging in every time I want to use the app. I’m now traveling and I have to verify my identity since I have to constantly sign in and I’m unable to. Good app good job 👍👍👍
Last update made it worse than ever.
I can’t do immediate transfers anymore which caused me to wind up with hundreds of dollars of NSF fees. I presume this was done on purpose by these scum bags. I talked to the bank and they would only refund 4 of them, so they basically stole $128 from me because they changed the app with no notice. Not to mention the app CONSTANTLY makes me verify my identity no matter how many times I click “remember this device.” Also, don’t bank on the app to EVER inform you you’re overdrawn. It legitimately will not tell you for 2-3 days. Again, I assume this is done on purpose to steal your money.

About every other time I log in the app crashes and I have to reset my phone before I try again. Again and again! It’s a hassle! Still malfunctioning. Almost daily.
Starving me
Trying to buy McDonald’s at 10 o’clock at night cause I’m starving and can’t even get nothing to eat as I’m shaking and I’m diabetic. I’m truly disappointed.

The best bank
I have been with this Bank for about 35 years and wouldn’t bank anywhere else. All of my banking needs are done through Gate City Bank. I know many people that have switched from a different bank to Gate City Bank because of their wonderful customer service and fair banking practices. I would most definitely recommend.

Cloudflare Issues
The Cloudflare is frequently acting up. I have to go to my tablet. The tablet always works!
Hasn’t worked for three days
This is now a useless app. Hasn’t worked at all in three days. Have tried reloading and still doesn’t work. Good job with the update.
