Map is unusable

The map does not work at all. It constantly redirects and does not show a clear path to your destination.

New Hotel

The new hotel Chula Vista is not included on the app!

Chula Vista

Missing newest property

The newest property is missing from the app.

Map Good - Directions Bad

Map and search works well. Supplements handouts well.

The find route to walk to destination feature is nearly useless because it losses where u are as you walk. It’s a Google Maps wanna be. 👎

Perhaps this deficiency is due to poor guest wifi walking throughout property. Will turnoff WiFi to see if using cell improves this.

Better to view directions on corner walls and above throughout property.

In room dining

Spent 20 minutes entering my order for in-room dining, but then it won’t let you enter your room number – really frustrating. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Not a reliable navigator

I downloaded this to guide me through the resort. It was laughable. At least I got my steps in. A very helpful employee offered to walk me all the way to the restaurant. I suggest removing the navigation feature to eliminate disappointment and wasting your guests’ time.

Very Helpful!

Been to two Gaylord properties for conventions this year already (Opryland and Rockies), the app was very helpful and the navigation feature is a life saver! Using it as a guide, I was able to get from my room to my meetings.

Doesn't Work

Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. The app will guide you to the wrong places, and it never successfully gave me accurate directions. I tried using it several times and even used a different phone. Other guests said they had the same problem.

Works great!

I recently stayed at Gaylord Rockies Resort. I used the app to look around the hotels and find my coworker’s room. It worked great! Love to see all the info about the hotel in the app.

Shows sideways

The App, supposedly designed for Mac, only shows up sideways on my screen. Very irritating.

Gay Lord haha

Wasn’t a bad app, sometimes slow but still saved me when I woke up 10 minutes before the all state rehearsal. It even showed me some spots that I didn’t know were there. The place is so hard to navigate so I would definitely download for that reason only. The place was pretty cool and pretty and gigantic but it was so so expensive and the only good place was the pizza one and I was full for the first time there for under 10$!! For the expensive reason alone you’re getting a 1. L

Worst app ever

This app is the most annoying and inconsistent for navigating through Opryland hotel

Pokémon Go

Do not bother with the way finding feature. It will have you wandering around as if you’re playing Pokémon Go. It doesn’t update as fast as you walk so it’s always rerouting you. Use a paper map and ask people for directions instead.

Not enough information

It shows there is family bingo but doesn’t have the time or place. This app is a waste of time.

It’s the little things….

We came here on a business trip, and even though we are busy busy, coming up to the room to relax, the tv is very very slow. We called and asked for new batteries because maybe it was the remote; they gave us a new remote (in a bag) but it didn’t help the lag when clicking through apps. The fridge is warm. The comforter has a rusty red stain on it, when calling to get some extra towels and washcloths 1. It took forever to get through and then it took forever for them to come up! They have to do better. For a resort like this- the hotel needs to be better equipped for its clients.

It helped me so much

I had been lost in middle hallway and this app saved me

Map never loads

Map never loads. Tried reinstalling twice.

YMMV

Didn’t work on two iPhones. Step by step routes were useless. Your Mileage May Vary.
