Scheduling is easy-peasy. I never would have thought my north Texas clients would love self scheduling.
They love it so much that by April 14th 2025 there were enough self scheduled appointments to pay for Gazelle for 2 years!
When my husband passed away and I didn’t have the heart to make calls Gazelle kept me busy and productive. I’ll always be grateful.

Online scheduler is a game changer!
I love Gazelle’s “pay for what you use” model. 8 out of 10 of my appointments come from the online scheduler. I imagine I’ll be a Gazelle customer for as long as I own my piano tuning business.
Best software for piano tuning ever
I have been a subscriber since the very beginning of Gazelle, amongst the first 25 or so. These guys have been absolutely incredible to work with the entire time, and I am blown away with the updates that they continue to submit. I believe this is an essential software for anyone who tunes pianos on a regular basis.

After 3 years in...
Gazelle keeps getting better. I keep getting positive feedback from my clients. I am directly involved in the scheduling process less and less as I tweak parameters little by little. I only recently started using the estimate and condition report features and found I should have been using them from the start. The cost of Gazelle is only a very small percentage of the work it has facilitated and the work that it has taken off my shoulders and my assistant. You won’t regret making the decision to incorporate Gazelle into your piano service business.

Full time use, lots of updates
I’ve been using Gazelle since I started my business in August 2024. From the beginning, I noticed it was a powerful tool, utilizing nearly all of its features, except for estimates, and throughout the last two years I’ve seen tons of constant updates and improvements. It’s helped me keep better notes and history of work than my 80 year-old Mentor was ever able to do on paper. This felt like a must have from the beginning as a solo, and it’s great that you can scale it with your business.

Great for every level of piano technician
I have been tuning for 1-2 years. I stumbled across this platform after a conversation with one of the generous team members. The ease of use simplifies every transaction and customer data base. The support team is incredible!! I always feel welcome to ask any question via email or the built in support button. It is a bit pricey, but the fact that I don’t have to hire a bookkeeper or do it myself saves me money in the long run.

It’s a little expensive, but worth every penny. Log everything in one place. Easy to access and very usable.
