I just got a new Wi-Fi enabled appliance and in the manual it tells me to download this app, but it doesn’t allow me to make an account.. useless and frustrating.
Garbage App
How does a 300+ billion dollar company have such a horrible app? Why would you market smart appliances if you’re not going to built the infrastructure for them to work. I paid an extra $50-$100 for features that don’t work. An absolute scam.

Will not even let you create an account! Keeps giving an error for forbidden no matter what email address is used.
Don’t use this app
I tried to get the account set up and it keeps having errors so I called tech support they said that they don’t support the app anymore and that they primarily support the smart hq app and now I can use the smart features so for anyone that got a ge product and it says in the user manual to use this app don’t it won’t work.

This app is terrible. I try to create an account with 8 characters in the password and it says “forbidden.” But no explanation.
Then I try to use the OKLA app. After I copied the link to download, the key is no longer visible.

I do not like this app because when I went to create an account it kept saying “forbidden” no matter what password that I put; I couldn’t even do what I needed because it would not let me create an account.

This app doesn’t work. Awful. Builder puts in WiFi enabled appliances and the app is junk.
