I just got a new Wi-Fi enabled appliance and in the manual it tells me to download this app, but it doesn’t allow me to make an account.. useless and frustrating.

Garbage App

How does a 300+ billion dollar company have such a horrible app? Why would you market smart appliances if you’re not going to built the infrastructure for them to work. I paid an extra $50-$100 for features that don’t work. An absolute scam.
