For GE employees only????
The SmartHQ app doesn’t work so I gave this a shot. The fine print informed me that this app is for GE employees only. So it’s for internal use. Why is it publicly available in the app store? I am getting the impression that GE is floundering. Tom Edison is rolling over in his grave.
Oh my god
You can’t create account on the app (it gives you an error) so you use the website and successfully log in with it. Except the app doesn’t recognize the account and then tells you to reset your password, except “reset password is not allowed at this time”. This fridge is $4000 and I can’t connect to it. Never again GE.
