The new system for the bill pay is NOT user friendly. The old one was simple and quick. Very disappointing.

Honestly every other bank in elpaso wouldn’t charge an arm & leg for an overdraft fee as much as they do over & over but you get what you can right! Shout out to CHASE WELSS FARGO BANK OF AMERICA YALL are awesome don’t bank with GECU

The changes to the app make it visually less appealing and more confusing when it comes to viewing accounts. Since the changes, its easier to make mistakes when making transfers
