I live in Arizona and still have this bank account as my main one. I am pleased with the service and account options, I don’t see me moving.
New updates sucks!
So, I’ve been using this bank for couple years but recently with all the updates, making some payments to loans has become complicated, cause I try to pay it from an outside bank account and it doesn’t let me which is dumb because I’m just trying to pay so, seems like I have to go the bank in person to make the payment or figure this out 🤷🏽♀️

No puedo identificar las cuentas para hacer transferencias on line.
He tenido mucha dificultad porque no se ven los números de las más de 8 cuentas que tenemos con ustedes.
Está muy incómodo identificarlas y he pensado seriamente en cambiar de banco.
Me gustaría que pudiera ver
por lo menos la terminación de cada cuenta cuando hago mis transferencias on line.
Gracias por considerar mi opinión!

They updated their system and now I can’t use my credit card. No help from them at all either. Time to switch banks.

New system update is horrible
Ever since the new system update, I no longer get email and text message updates as often as I should. Just a week ago, I thought I had enough funds but turns out I was -280 something dollars without any kind of notification about the overdraft and I had no idea until I logged in and checked because my card kept declining.
Also, Zelle is no longer working as it should. Makes me want to start banking with someone else.

It’s always down on the weekend and most evenings. It’s very dishonest to just change everyone’s account numbers without asking.

I’ve been paying externally for my loan but after the system update they just had I can no longer pay my bill for them and I’ve tried calling them but it just fails. Its really annoying GECU please fix your stuff

This bank is the worst & apps has been down for 3 days for. An update. What kinda bank upholds the communities money then goes ghost ? Closing my account when updates over
Not easy to use
If there was a no star option I would give one. I do not know why the billing was changed but you all have made it more inconvenient to find and pay bills. I will be moving to another banking system. I don’t like how you changed things the way they were supposed to be we’re just fine. You have to go around and find things when they were there before. Your system is incredibly inefficient, ineffective and inconvenient.
I cannot find the credit score on the app, it seems to be removed.
