I’ve been paying externally for my loan but after the system update they just had I can no longer pay my bill for them and I’ve tried calling them but it just fails. Its really annoying GECU please fix your stuff

This bank is the worst & apps has been down for 3 days for. An update. What kinda bank upholds the communities money then goes ghost ? Closing my account when updates over
Not easy to use
If there was a no star option I would give one. I do not know why the billing was changed but you all have made it more inconvenient to find and pay bills. I will be moving to another banking system. I don’t like how you changed things the way they were supposed to be we’re just fine. You have to go around and find things when they were there before. Your system is incredibly inefficient, ineffective and inconvenient.

At times the app lags and never loads and it just takes forever to load up. And they keep changing things with new updates basically “fixing” things that don’t need fixing and they make it confusing
Great App ful of resources
Great app with all I need. Only problem is that it is very very very slow, all my other bank apps load as soon as face recognition scans my face, but GECU app will load like if I got slow signal no matter how many bars or where I am. Aside that great app!

The new system for the bill pay is NOT user friendly. The old one was simple and quick. Very disappointing.

Honestly every other bank in elpaso wouldn’t charge an arm & leg for an overdraft fee as much as they do over & over but you get what you can right! Shout out to CHASE WELSS FARGO BANK OF AMERICA YALL are awesome don’t bank with GECU
