Still doesn’t show or update location of vehicle. Display car is in random locations it’s never been to.

It’s a decent app. It just needs a widget, a usable widget.
App home page different from help videos
So I am a new owner of a GV70 2.5 T. Trying to learn everything about this really great vehicle. Also trying to learn how to use the Genesis intelligent assistant. I’m on v. 3.3.2 for iOS.
However, when I go to the home screen of the app, it doesn’t look anything like the Help videos I see online from both Genesis and other people.
I do not see anything that says remote start and stop. All I see are choices that say Climate on/off, locks and lights. So I’m not sure what I’m missing. Not sure how to remotely start the car via my app. Very confusing.

App always works! Easy to use easy to change settings!
Could be a tad better
App is great when it works and frustrating when it does not.
Decent for access
I like using the app and it’s helpful if you’re in a jam but we shouldn’t have to pay for unlock/lock mode:/

Terrible app
It seems that every time I open this app it gets worse and worse. From not being able to make payments or schedule appointments, this app is practically useless. Incredibly frustrating and annoying to use on top of being very slow.

Often times we get sold an item or service that doesn’t even come close to being what it was advertised. This one does. It actually works it does what I ask it to in a timely fashion and if it can’t it explains why. I love my Genesis and my Genesis app. It truly makes things so much better being able to either heat up my car or cool it down before I get there. I also love that. It tells me if the window is open or doors are unlocked.
GV 80 User
The App is awesome, but you need to spend time learning it. I use the remote starter everyday. Good photos out of the app,
Locked out of my house
I left my car key and house keys inside my house and locked the door without thinking.
That's when I downloaded this app. Using the app, I was able to unlock my car and use my garage opener to get back into my house. So grateful. Thank you for this feature/app.

A few tweaks and could be great!!
For such a smart tech forward vehicle, the app could use an overhaul. It would be great if you could open / close windows through the app. It would also be great if you could receive alerts with images when motion is detected around the vehicle. The last major issue is the fact that the app signs you out after a few weeks requiring you to log back in with 2 factor authentication. This always seems to occur at the worst possible time.

Update issues
Ever since the update overnight a few weeks ago request says successful, but they aren’t especially cooling the car down it doesn’t start. Worked fine till then.
