Horrible.

Bugs out every day, functionality is not suitable for employees on the go. Support has given no solutions besides to keep reinstalling the app.

Brilliant when it works…

When the app will let you log in and keep you logged in, it’s brilliant for checking your schedule on the go. The bummer is that it boots me out every few days and then refuses to let me log in for several days after that. So frustrating.

Wish it was a single app

Whilst the app works fine, I don't understand why the Communicate and Collaborate are split into multiple apps - and now another called Tempo for schedules. There should be a unified, single Genesys Cloud app.

No notification

It some time send notifications and sometimes it don’t . I have all my notifications settings on .. smh

Phenomenal product with continuous updates. Seamless transition from desktop or web browser!

Hard to use with iPhone X

App displays the site but have no ability to see full page or move around page which causes loss of ability to use most features.

Update: thanks for developer response. Realize I was in a mobile browser view. This is caused by requirement from our org to use 2FA login that uses browser. There doesn’t seem to be a way to exit the browser to use the native app. Updated stars based on response and use of native app is a better experience. Anything that can be done about browser login and 2FA?

On Queue options??

Pretty decent app so far. Tried a few test outbound calls working perfectly fine. We’re seeking business continuity options during network outages where we can quickly switch to the app and remain online and On Queue for incoming calls. What I’ve found in testing is that whilst connected to the portal on our primary PC, if I disconnect the network connection, my status switches from “On Queue” to “Available”. This prevents me from receiving any incoming calls through our main call centre queue. Is this option available?

Very useful for work!

This is a very useful tool for keeping in contact with coworkers when I’m not at my computer! Lots of other features like listening to voicemail when I’m out of the office too.

What is the app for

The app doesn’t support Webrtc phones???

No access to schedules

The whole reason why I got this app was to access schedules on PureCloud from my phone but there doesn’t appear to be access. It would’ve been really handy to have.

Product Manager

Great chat app plus company directory. Much easier than Slack, with more features. I can easily monitor important chats without being overwhelmed by all the other chatter. And the directory helps me navigate my huge company, find the people i need, and chat or call the person or group.

Super Awesome

This is a super awesome application that is really a great tool for teams to use to collaborate.

I've used it for a while and it works well and is constantly being enhanced with new features. Check it out.
