Useless
Whoever is in charge of this app is genuinely putting people’s lives and security at risk if their apartment rely on this pathetic excuse of a software to lock their apartment from the outside.
Constant problems
The only way in and out of my apartment complex and this app chooses when it wants to work or not. We’re constantly told to uninstall and then reinstall just to get it working. The developers are half assed on ensuring that their own product even works. It’s very atrocious especially when we’re locked out of our own place of living without warning or even a heads up. The application RARELY has an update and when it does we have to wait for property management to accept the update and then let us as residents know. If it were up to me the creator and developer would be forced to sell the application due to their lack of care and negligence to their customers

Worst App. Utterly pathetic
I am writing this as I am locked outside of my apartment in 105° weather. This app is inconceivably bad. The creators should be barred from ever creating an app or brand again. It is the most frustrating and infuriating piece of garbage I have ever had the extreme displeasure of using. I hate this app and the locks and the company with every fiber of my being.

This app never works. I have been locked out of MY OWN HOUSE just because the app cannot detect the lock. Every time I open this app I pray that I’m able to enter my house. If you’re locked out at night? They don’t care. Customer service is also trash. They have no answers or solutions to the problems their own app has. Absolutely terrible

Worst App Ever
I literally hate this app. It stays going out. I have been locked out of my apartment multiple times especially late at night when I don’t feel safe. I’ve literally have to wait for someone to open the door to get in my apartment, which can take forever or no one comes at all. One time I had to squeeze through our car gate. THE WORST APP EVER
This might be the single worst app I’ve ever been forced to download. My apartment complex recently removed our physical locks and forced us to use digital locks, which would be fine, if it weren’t for this horrible, poorly managed app. I am not sure how the developers can see that this app has 1.5/5 stars with 608 reviews. I will pull up to our gate, scroll through the 25 different buttons, click on the right one, and it will tell me that my device doesn’t have permissions to open the gate… even though I had previously open that gate earlier in the day. Having to constantly uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work is ridiculous. Please fix this app…

ZERO STARS
If I could rate this lower, I would. This has ruined my life. It has cost me money, jobs, and my sanity. I am consistently having a hard time gaining access to my apartment due to constant technical issues that happen to this app. I hate it and I’m miserable. I’ve been trapped outside for hours on end. This app is honestly a safety risk. I could be kidnapped or worse waiting for someone to finally open the door for me. Don’t use Geokey. You might just die before you even get inside your apartment.

This app sucks man, it constantly disconnects and crashes. I think it glitches more than actually work properly.
Have a backup plan!
For the last three months, we have had nothing but issues. When they finally fixed the constant freezes, now it just won’t work. I can’t even download the app (I had to delete to try and fix the bug). It’s just circling and nothing so I can’t leave my apartment. This has been awful and I hope it is fixed before winter 🙄

absolute worst app ever
I would give 0 stars if I could. My apartment complex uses this app for all gates and doors. Thankfully, we also have physical key fobs because I have literally been stuck at gates with a line of cars behind me for MINUTES before the app would even “load credentials” or whatever it was doing. Even when (and IF) the app does eventually load, sometimes it still will not unlock the doors. I have updated and reinstalled many times and literally no changes. If anything, it has only gotten WORSE.

constant errors
this app would be great if it actually worked. its fully up to date but always throws out some error when i try to use it. its incredibly unreliable and now im locked out of my apartment.
Absolute garbage
I am forced to use this app for my apartment complex and it has been nothing but trash since day one so I only use keypad access. Except now they’ve disabled that option so I simply cannot access the spaces I’m paying for. Their solution is to uninstall and reinstall which does nothing and now I’m fully locked out of the app for too many registrations which you have to do at every login.

this app is the worst
i have been locked out of my house 15 times in the last month. i wish i could rate this a zero but it wont let me. when i complain to geokey it sends me to my apartment complex and when i go to them they send it to geokey.

used to work just fine till recently literally can’t even use it i’m lucky to have another thing to get in but it’s inconvenient. had to sit locked out of my apartment for 20 mins bc this app sucks.
