Disappointing
Not nearly on par with a lot of similar apps - it seems to be a lot of random workouts uploaded with (very) few nutrition recipes which are videos but if you’re hoping for a programme to follow and tells you what to do day to day it doesn’t seem to have that functionality. No search function for workouts targeting different body parts or to search for recipes. All in all, disappointing and I had high hopes!

Lacks creativity
The potential is there but Bradley lacks imagination and creativity with his workouts.
Tried for 18 months and it became very repetitive very quickly despite a lot of persistence.
Try NEOU. MUCH cheaper and far better with greater variety.

Glitchy
What’s the most frustrating about this app is that you constantly have to wait for it to buffer even if you are in full wifi…not ideal when you just want to do your workout.
Carolyne
Fab app if you can’t drag yourself out to the gym and always find excuses to not work out down load GID : do it at home No more excuses and so easy to use no matter how old you are Highly recommend it 💪💥😅
Getitdone = Fun
I have been a GID member for over a year and have seen this fitness platform grow. I was delighted when they announced this app. There are at least 10 sections of a variety of exercises, 6 days a week of live classes to join or catch up on later when it suits you. Monthly challenges to help you work towards your goals and a recent addition is nutrition advice and quick healthy recipe suggestions. The GID community and trainers are engaging and motivational. And most importantly the membership it is amazing value for money.
