App needs an update to fix it crashing, happens when you’re going through the bulletin board or scrolling in general

Great way to manage my flat

I was hesitant at first to download yet another app but honestly, it does pretty much everything you’d want. It has all of the manuals to my appliances (except for the washer/dryer) and makes reporting maintenance issues or getting meter readings extremely easy

Utterly incompetent agency

All the emails re maintenance request got ignored by the team. Such a nightmare to live in a GetLiving property.

Not intuitive UI

Never know know what this app can and cannot. Should pay attention to scrolls, something can be hidden there or maybe not. All sorts of strange authentication messages, never know if it is critical or not or why I need to know that of it is not critical.

Very easy to navigate.

Logging in App

There are still bug issues of logging in especially with FACE/ID even with doing the reset password request to be sent to your email. I never received the email in the regular inbox or my spam.

Good needs some work though.

The subcategory tab for when logging maintenance requests can be limiting as it only allows you to log issues with the hob, fridge/ freezer, and dishwasher. I had an issue with my windows and wasn’t sure how to log it on the app. Might have to email the maintenance team directly instead which makes the app redundant.
