Ive tried many times to create an account. It doesn’t send a verification code by phone or email. Ive checked the junk box too. I need to download this app to access an E-gift card I got and I can’t access my card unless I set up an account through this app. It’s absolutely terrible. Im not sure what to do..

Shoddy and no technical support
Supposed to receive a Microsoft refund through this app as per Microsoft advice but it won’t create a new account as per previous user experience. Total sham

Similar to the other reviews, I am forced to use this app to recover funds that Microsoft deceptively extracted from me, but before the app will operate it first requires a verification code from an email or SMS, but these codes are never sent.
This is such a simple but show-stopping failure that it is hard to not suspect something more sinister than simple incompetence.

Great app
While there was a one-off back in Apr-25 (which the company corrected as I also had a problem then), this app is great. You can have multiple cards attached and in your wallet, the discounts show up immediately as does your card balance. So cool!

Bought a LoveGC card and after 2 hours still don’t have a code or SMS to create an account. Not impressed given it should be all automatic.
Hard work but does work
This app takes a fair amount of effort to get working. Download, turn phone off/on, restart app and then the verification code should work. The code expires really quick when adding to wallet so be prepared to do it quickly or call the help centre
Won’t let me create account
No way to redeem gift card because app will not send me a verification code. Vendors should not use this app to link gift cards.
Absolute scam
Apple take note, I’m sure this is a scam and I’m going to have to seek a refund for the gift card that doesn’t work and no account creation possible

I have been trying to get the verification code since last 4 days, I dont know why does it not send, can’t access the gift card, I am already in GC for holidays and going back tomorrow, unbelievable, I would not be able to use the gift card now, who is going to pay me my money back????
