Constant issues
In principle it should be a fantastic system, the problem is they have no communication skills and the app is broken constantly, spend more time raising issues to the company than anything else, I would avoid them and look for other options

This company is absolutely disappointing! The number of issues that come up on a daily basis using the APP and portal is just shocking especially with how much it costs! I am so disappointed to say the least because the idea is so brilliant but the actual use of the system is literally the worst! You complain about one thing today and something else comes up tomorrow. It’s non stop!

Great for business startups
I have been using this for a while now and very happy with the feature!
Availability
The app doesn't have a calendar availability which doesn't help. Staff are unable to input their availability for the next 2 weeks or so.
The developer should create or add this option to the app rather than the current live calendar which doesn't help.
The calendar feature should be added to make it more flexible for staff to input their availability (example) January - December rather than the current Sunday - Saturday.
I hope this is being picked up and reviewed.
