дохринища рекламы, просто невозможно пользоваться. все функции платные. а через время я просто не смогла снова войти в аккаунт, нельзя создать новую учетную запись, нельзя войти через гугл, нельзя через новый номер/. вообще ничего нельзя. калл, а не приложение

Getcontact uygulamasında iOS üzerinden premium üyelik satın aldım. Premium pakette özellikle anonim özellikten, yani numara sorgularken kimliğimi gizleyeceğim bir özellikten bahsediliyordu. Reklamlarda bu özellik net bir şekilde öne çıkarıldığı için, premium aldığım anda anonimliğin otomatik olarak aktif olacağını düşündüm. Ancak premium aldıktan sonra uygulamada ekstra bir özellik görmedim, anonim özelliğini ne görebildim ne de etkinleştirebildim. Ben bu özelliğin çalıştığını sanarak son 1–2 gündür birçok kişinin numarasını sorguladım ve kimliğimin açık olduğunu yeni öğrendim. Bu durum yüzünden hem tanıdıklarıma hem de çevreme karşı kendimi son derece mahcup ve rezil hissediyorum. Premium ücreti telefon faturama yansıtıldı, maddi olarak zarara uğradım, bunun yanında gurur anlamında da ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşadım. Reklamda vadettiğiniz anonim özelliğin premium aldıktan sonra açık olmaması ve bu konuda kullanıcıya açık, anlaşılır bir bilgilendirme yapılmaması nedeniyle kendimi dolandırılmış gibi hissediyorum. Premium üyeliğim için alınan ücretin iadesini ve hesabım üzerinden yapılan bu sorgulamalar sebebiyle oluşan mağduriyetimin giderilmesi için gerekli incelemenin yapılarak tarafıma açıklama yapılmasını talep ediyorum.
