Заплатил и не получил подписку

Оплатил через оператора связи, подписка не применилась. Написал в саппорт - получил ответ, что это не их проблема. В мегафоне сказали, что деньги ушли по назначению. Более мне никто в саппорте не ответил, подписки нет, деньги не вернули.
