Don't trust them, this company doesn't help with anything, it just takes money and doesn't work on canceling the violations or GETDISMISSED This is a new way of fraud, swindling and stealing people's money. You pay for the form, fill in your personal information, send and pay the violation, and nothing happens. After all this, you get a verdict that you are guilty, a violation is registered in your name, and you get a bad reputation!! And a bad record !!!!!

App didn’t work
Paid the stupid $150 and the lady on the phone convinced me they’d beat my 50 in 25 mph zone speeding violation. They didn’t beat it and I don’t get a refund . Your better off going to court and hoping the cop doesn’t show up. Got my notice in the mail saying I was guilty not worth the $150 you have a wayyyy better chance just going to court. The least a judge will do is lower your fine amount

This app doesn’t work
I submitted my ticket inside the app with some explanations about why I violated traffic rules. I was hoped this app could give me a really great written defense document but in fact this app just copied my explanations and add few lines of sentences into the document.

Very easy to use the app
The interface is simple. The results are pending! IDK if this will work out in my favour. I'll post results in April. But the app gets 5 stars for ease of use.
App software issues
Looks like a well built app but I couldn't even get past the entry screen for entering court and due date info. I entered all the fields and when I click NEXT it says "all fields are mandatory" as if I didn't enter info.
Also I wouldn't have reported this in a bad review if your APP SUPPORT link sent me to a form to write you a message. Instead it goes to your homepage where I have to wade through 15 screens to figure out how to message you.

It worked
Just received the case dismissed letter from the court, 4 months later, and refund of $375 will be refunded. I'm sure each case is different, and maybe my officer didn't respond to the court, but it worked for me and I'm happy.

save your money. my case was pretty easy (I was accused of running a stop sign and the officer told me "I thought I saw your brake lights but I'm not entirely sure you stopped") at no point do they ask you for a description of what happened. you just click through a series of questions and submit photos of the ticket and your license. this costs $99. if i ever suffer the misfortune of another ticket, I'll save my extra money and contest it in person. such a disappointing experience.

Sorry it didn't work
For me this app didn't work. The officer 100% lied about the speed I was doing and I figured it was a slam dunk case (I know everyone says this but I had witnesses who were passengers that were very aware of my speed). Got a ticket for 15mph faster than I was going. The app itself was relatively easy to use if you follow their instructions but to no avail. Still ended up with a $417 ticket. They don't claim 100% success but I can't imagine a scenario that would be easier to challenge (don't need to go into great detail but it should have been as easy as it gets). Anyway that's my experience.

It's a nice and simple app which provide a simple way to get what documents i need to go to court if i got the ticket. I use my camera for all the operations and got my documents. It's a time saver for me.

This app is very helpful with handling my tickets and citations. It's great for any young drivers that need the instructions to "get dismissed". Haha!

Nice application really help to get consession over traffic tickets, all you need to do is scan license and traffic tickets and defence documents. Simple and fast and easy to use. Great work.
