Been going on one year without our solar power panels producing electricity. Ever bright is so hard to get a hold of someone and we’re still paying every month for nothing

I love it when I don’t have an electric bill. Wish I could go off grid but batteries are expensive.

The information is always of interest, particularly the month end data! Appreciate knowing how much power used, generated and bought and sold!

I’ve tried for months to get my billing acct corrected and still no help Going to file BBB complaint
Total break down
This app that worked perfectly before now will not update on my iPad even though I have everything up to standard. I go through safari but now have to search google and sign in every time and unable to use the app. Called for assistance and that was useless and kind of condescending. Been with everbright about 2 years now and never a complaint but this has really been eye opening
