App is not showing what devices are connected to your internet, please fix it!
Internet is great, but the app really sucks
The internet speeds are great and the prices are perfect but the app genuinely sucks really bad.
Some things don’t update as quickly or might not even work when you want it to.
This app needs to get updated soon because it’s not okay and might make me switch if things only get harder or worse from here.

Terrible app
The old app interface was much easier to navigate and intuitive. The way the app is now is like an early 2007 app that’s clunky and cluttered. The app sucks!
The internet is decent but app is trash
The internet is decent for the price. Range sucks and seems like it’s “dumbed down” so you NEED to get extenders. I have a 1700sqft home. It sits dead smack center of the home on the rear of the home. Bedroom by my front door (30ft away from router) & can barely pick up the internet. App was working fine when first got the internet. Now, it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for 3 months (There was a delay, try again later) for 3 months.
