App is not showing what devices are connected to your internet, please fix it!
Internet is great, but the app really sucks
The internet speeds are great and the prices are perfect but the app genuinely sucks really bad.
Some things don’t update as quickly or might not even work when you want it to.
This app needs to get updated soon because it’s not okay and might make me switch if things only get harder or worse from here.

Terrible app
The old app interface was much easier to navigate and intuitive. The way the app is now is like an early 2007 app that’s clunky and cluttered. The app sucks!
The internet is decent but app is trash
The internet is decent for the price. Range sucks and seems like it’s “dumbed down” so you NEED to get extenders. I have a 1700sqft home. It sits dead smack center of the home on the rear of the home. Bedroom by my front door (30ft away from router) & can barely pick up the internet. App was working fine when first got the internet. Now, it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for 3 months (There was a delay, try again later) for 3 months.

The update to a “dark theme” ruined the app. Legitimately doesn’t work at all.
Need phone options
Just dropped my Ooma phone service for Race. Pulling my hair out trying to configure options for phone. They need to create dashborad to simplify setup. I still can't find where to add a pin code.

I’ve been trying for DAYS now trying to get this app to work it just continues to say the same thing after I try to long in “sorry there was a delay try again later” after I couple days I decided to try and delete the app and then try again but that didn’t help I redownload it to try and put in my information again and start the setup but every time after I press setup it just says “This device is having trouble connecting. Please verify the device details and try again” it’s frustrating and should not be this difficult to just log in

Been 2 days trying to open the app but I cannot, a message keeps popping up THERE WAS A DELAY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER…how long until its fixed?
Good, when it actually works
This app is very helpful for controlling our tween’s internet access but the app doesn’t work 80% of the time. It constantly freezes and very rarely runs smoothly. Pretty much just like their Internet service. It’s really frustrating, especially when trying to do something important, like homework. Unfortunately this company is the only option for Internet, where I live.

It doesn’t work have the time
Just always times out. Super annoying when my kid wants more time on her phone and I can’t get it to work.
App continuously drops connection
The internet is good, but the app is God awful. Literally loses connection to the router constantly, endless buffering and not enough customizable settings
The last update ruined the app
The app has been great up until the last update. It won’t even open now. Please fix this! I can’t get into my account now that the app is down.
Crashes
I can’t get the app to work. It just keeps crashing every time I try to use it. It has a spinning loading icon, then the app crashes.
Constantly freezing
It doesn’t work half the time. Either the internet isn’t connecting, which is ridiculous considering it’s an app to control your internet, or it freezes. I can’t even begin to explain how frustrating this is.
better than spectrum
Beyond better I’m in love with the service already. It’s so fast and the app is so smooth compared to spectrum and I love the customize ability you have there’s so much you can do and so much you can see it shows you so much info spectrum can’t even do that
Getting used to the system.
It’s buffering more than I expected. I can’t get to far from the box. I did a speed check and was surprised by how slow it was running.
