Worst Customer Care Service
I rescheduled service for today and didn’t received confirmation so I only checked with the customer care and asked if it’s confirmed since I had to make my arrangements, They confirmed and even a professional was assigned for 5-5:30 PM slot. When I checked at 4:45 PM, Professional wasn’t on the way so I tried to call her but it was showing error and I couldn’t place the call, I reached out to customer care and they asked for sometime and I waited for 40 min but they didn’t confirm anything so again I only reached out to them for an update, when I messaged them they said professional is having product issues and today won’t be possible. They Kept saying sorry for the inconvenience ma’am I told u as soon as I got update. In reality they wouldn’t’ve responded for another 40 min if I didn’t ask. Not expected from get look. Worst service and now they are offering me facewash worth 399. What a waste!!

Very Rude unprofessional beautician Divya R - greedy didn’t complete services make up and hairstyle
Yesterday, I had an appointment for makeup and a basic hairstyle for my baby’s 1st birthday, but the makeup artist, Divya R, completely ruined my day.
Initially, I booked the 4–5 PM slot, but the appointment was shifted to 4:30 PM. Even then, she arrived at around 4:50 PM, almost 5 PM.
The makeup she did was very poor. I am sharing the pictures of the makeup done by her. She hardly spent 5–10 minutes on the makeup, and her behaviour and attitude were really bad.
When I asked about the hairstyle, she responded sarcastically, smiling and saying that I needed to take the ₹5000 package. It clearly felt like she only wanted more money.
After the makeup was done, it looked terrible, and I had to wash my face and do my own makeup and hairstyle myself before rushing to my event.
I hope no one else has to go through such an experience during their special moments.
Lastly, I would like to say that if you truly want to improve your services, you should deduct money from staff members for such poor service and behaviour.
I want a full refund because this was completely unacceptable. Both my money and time were wasted, especially when I had to reach my event on time.

Worst experience of my life with GetLooks Salon at Home. I booked their service in an emergency after my appointment at another salon got cancelled, and I had a very important occasion just 3 days later. The bleach they used — their own company product, which they claimed was suitable for every skin type — badly burnt my skin and left black patches all over my face.
When I contacted customer care expecting support and accountability for the damage caused to my skin, all they kept repeating was that they would refund the ₹250 bleach charge. Imagine damaging someone’s face before an important event and thinking ₹250 is enough compensation. It was extremely frustrating and insensitive.
Instead of providing a proper solution, guidance, or taking responsibility, they only cared about the money. They showed zero concern for customer safety or skin health. The staff clearly lacked proper knowledge about skin reactions and aftercare.
I would strongly advise people to never get bleach or facials done from them. Your skin is far more valuable than their careless service. Completely unprofessional and pathetic experience.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. I booked their services not once, but twice—and both times they had the audacity to call and cancel at the last minute, claiming they “can’t provide the service.” Then why on earth are you opening slots and taking bookings in the first place? It’s completely misleading and a total waste of a customer’s time.
There’s clearly zero coordination, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers. It feels like they’re just playing around with people’s schedules without any intention of actually delivering. The whole experience was beyond frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.
Save yourself the headache—don’t even think about booking through this app unless you enjoy being cancelled on and inconvenienced for no reason.

Last time in Durga Puja, I take service with Get Look.. that time I don’t think that I got scammed ,, Get Look, authorised person in Kolkata Anju Khaitan, give me all fake update ,, I used to Get Look last four years sometime. It’s good experience and many time it’s bad experience last time. Anju Khaitan send me a new girl, even the girl not professional is matter about our skin. Our money., I took long service 7 services in 3600.. the girl she sent me she’s even don’t know how to do Facial or Rica waxing Beautician Ishika burned my face. I got many cuts in my face and she’s not doing Facial. She is requesting me that please let me go. I am a new girl. I don’t know how to do very blast, ice cream, Facial Beauty service… anju Khaitan is full responsible for this after all this horrible experience. I just call Anju Khaitan. She told me that please give me a sometime and don’t put any mail or review. I will give you extra service next time I also told her, I don’t need any extra service because it’s about my skin, my face. But Anju Khaitan. Request me to don’t put any review or mail, so I agree

Horrible Service support and illiterate tech employees
Hi if I could a zero I would put a zero here, I had booked multi session Hydra from get look in Pune, and these guys called me and asked me to send what’s app location which I did shared live location , what’s app location (which is a breach of privacy) and they kept saying we can’t find your location. The best thing is I have in the past booked 2 services from Get look and then my location was serviceable. I think they have employed some inexperienced staff / don’t have staff for the locations / don’t understand google maps or what’s app location. The best thing is I didn’t pay in advance so I was saved. Would never recommend anyone to book from here .

I opted for korean waxing. The service provided was very professional and i am very happy. I was very skeptical in the beginning to use this app but i am glad i have used it. I’m so glad with the services provided by Getlook.
It being a Sunday, i decided to pamper myself. I cross checked for services with few home salon apps, and found that there were no slots available but on getlook i for lucky and it also had the best prices. The beautician assigned , Ranjitha was on time, quick in arranging the space and was thoroughly professionally. Had a great experience and will definitely book again.

I was looking for at home beauty services and was skeptical based on the negative reviews that I saw and read through and through. I thought that instead of judging, I should give it a try and was surprised. Here’s why:

3. She was understanding and made sure that I was comfortable
4. She pampered me good
Unlike urban company, who charges way too much for their services, Get Look charges way less and promises what they say that they will provide with. Would I choose this app over Urban Company? Most definitely yes.
I think that people should give this app a try, give it a chance and see the kind of service one gets. I am pleased and I am a new fan.

I am a frequent user of this app. Not because its the best but its the only option available nearby my area. So I booked a service again this morning in no hopes that its gonna be good. However to my surprise, todays beautician Bisna was amazingly excellent. She was everything I needed. Brilliant at her job and very polite. Seems like finally getlook onboarded some good beauticians.
