Користуюся сервісом як альтернативною купівлі другого авто в сімʼю. Якщо порахувати витрати на страховку, шини й амортизацію,по добова оренда виходить набагато вигіднішою. Машина потрібна легше кілька разів на тиждень, тому для наших потреб це оптимальне рішення.

Реєстрація через Дію це найкраще рішення розробників. Жодних черг чи довгих перевірок бо все підтверджується майже автоматично.

Додаток інтуїтивно зрозумілий. Ціни помірні. Зручно орендувати авто.

Карточки машин периодически не открываются, вылазит ошибка «No rates found for this car”. Иногда в одной локации, иногда в другой. Поддержка в телеграмме (Молдова) отвечает какую-то чушь, там сидят люди явно ничего не понимающих в технической части. Запись экрана с воспроизведением бага могу предоставить

They fine you for everything. Cars with batteries have serious problems. You risk being left stranded in the cold and having to pay for being left on the road! Be careful, they don't respect their customers and don't care if you have children. They gave me a car with 400 km on it, and after 140 km I was on the road in the cold with -7 degrees Celsius and a baby! They even want me to pay the fine because the car broke down! Ridiculous.

Отличный сервис для начального этапа развития компании
Пользуюсь getmancar регулярно. Нравится что машины новые, в хорошем состоянии, интерфейс в приложении понятный, цены конкурентоспособные. Что надо улучшить: 1. Расширить зоны парковок. 2. Увеличить количество автомобилей. 3. Неплохо бы сделать плоский и понятный тариф: Х лей за минуту, и все.

Great service overall. The prices are affordable, and the cars are spread almost across the entire city, so finding one nearby is rarely a problem. Some parking zones could definitely be expanded or extended, because not every area is covered perfectly, but I was pleasantly surprised to see so many available spots near the city center. It makes the whole experience much easier, especially if you need to finish your trip quickly and park without stress.
Overall, it’s a solid service and a really useful option for the city. I recommend it.

Convenient service. Easy to register and use. I like testing new cars. You can easily find a car near you. The app shows you the amount of gas and all the other optional features that car has. Everything works good and I will continue using the service.

Impossible to finish a trip + rude operator
This is not the first time I can’t finish a trip through this app. No matter if there is an air raid or not — I don’t care. If it is possible to start a rental, then it MUST be possible to finish it as well. But every single time I’m forced to overpay while your operators “wake up” and manually close the trip. At least 1–2 minutes wasted in the app trying to end the ride, and then extra time for a phone call.
And today, September 19, 2025, operator Maksym set a new “standard” — just saying “I can’t hear you” and hanging up. Maybe the sound was a little quiet, but I was clearly audible. Sitting indoors with headphones, you can simply increase the volume instead of pretending not to hear. As a result — more wasted minutes and extra payment.
On top of that: your instructions about deposit return are a complete lie. For weeks you’ve been promising to fix the 3-day delay, but nothing has changed.
So basically, you are very forgiving of your own mistakes, but extremely strict with your customers. This is outrageous. You’re not the only service in Ukraine. Wake up.
