Horrible Service- Scam Service
Reserved and pre-paid for a car to surprise my mom for her 70th birthday celebration and meet and greet at the airport. My mom also had a hip replacement a year ago so she can’t walk a lot. Upon arriving to the arrivals, the driver called to say he was at terminal 5 but we were at terminal 3, this was also noted on my booking. It took him another 10 minutes to get where we were located and he asked if we could find him. He didn’t meet us at arrivals to assist with our luggage and no signage at all. I called him again since another 10 minutes went by and he said he was at terminal 3 floor 2 parking and if we can come to him. Eventually we said yes because we wanted to leave the airport. After taking two elevators and walking around the parking garage, we found him. No meet and greet signage at all. I was so upset because I was looking forward to surprising my mom for her birthday with signage and easy access to a car to get to the hotel so she wouldn’t need to walk a lot but it was completely ruined. They offered coupons for a future ride which I won’t be using and £25 credit onto my bank account when I paid over £100 and extra for meet and greet and a tip for the driver. To me, it seems like a scam to lure people into using their taxi service by marketing a meet and greet but not providing the service. Please do your research before and go with a reputable company as I wish I did.

Great utility app for Black Cabs
This app has been very effective in hailing cabs, ease of use, and especially ordering cabs in advance. Highly recommended!
The BEST app… outside of Dublin
The thing about a black can is:
1… they can turn on a tuppence
2…. They are extremely ergonomic and some even have rooves/roofs from which you can observe the skyline
3… and this is the Most Important thing about them…
4. The men and women etc are The KINDEST MOST compassionate people you will meet… aside from train and bus drivers.
Whether you can or cannot walk… a London taxi will get you to where you need to go; with all of the kindness and compassion you’d expect from someone who has seen it all and got The Knowledge.
Forget the tube if you’ve loadsa bags… see the greatest show on earth… really!
