Pre-Booking Doesn’t Work

Pre-Booked a taxi for a specific time and place, but instead decided of actually pre-booking a cab, the app only started searching for a nearby driver at the time I had pre-booked it for. Then it couldn’t find a driver, so I then had to book from a different firm. Will delete the app after this review.
