Poor app
Terrible app. Very confusing. Wants too much info. Difficult to use. Does not provide medical instructions as specified.
Horrible for covid-does nothing useful
Worst app I used. I’m shocked the doctors office had me downloaded it. Accomplished nothing. Didn’t even ask for symptoms or ask how I was doing. Instead, lots of government propaganda in it. This is not a health application, this is really a Big Pharma trying to push selling their drugs to you, type if app.

I agree with the comment this is a good idea, but very poorly executed. Terrible UX.
Can’t log in with iPhone
I put in the info to log in and when I push sign in the info I put in on password disappears? Tried many times and gave up.
Awesome tool! Easy to use, and helpful info.
I’ve been using GetWell Loop to monitor my (thankfully non) symptoms during the whole pandemic, and their COVID care plan has kept me informed and given me peace of mind. Between this app and telehealth visits, I’ve been able to avoid in person doctors visits for a while now. I really think this is the next generation of healthcare delivery.

Horrible service!
I signed up for getwell loop, and when I went to check in after receiving a email saying I can not check in for my EGD, I tried resetting my password, but when I click on the password reset link they send it says no logged in user.
Good idea, poor execution
This app is a dumpster fire of UX and reliability. Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea—being able to message with your surgeon in a HIPAA-compliant way—but the execution is poor. I've got a laundry list of bugs and general problems with the app, but don't know where to report (tried on Twitter, but got no response). If I knew of an alternative, I'd mention it to my doctor to try out.

Like a skipping record
Just downloaded the app. But there’s something very wrong with it. The home page keeps re-loading like a broken record.
POS
The app is a POS. Done bother with it. Log into the website but forget about the app in IOS. It doesn't like approved website passwords and is just totally to glitchy for a medical professional app.
Photos cause app crash
Trying to take or upload a photo while in the app, causes the app to crash every time. This could be a useful tool, if it worked. Other than that I like the app, allows my doctor to answer any questions I have without me having to drive 3 hours to see him
POOREST Health Software I've Seen
It has proven impossible to log in to this program. Even efforts to get support are prevented by a help screen that cuts off mid-page. It is frightening that my surgeon relies upon this to share advice and get feedback.
Omg!!! I love this! I only wish all my Dr's were on it!
Just aMazing the reminders for my exercises and to do's alone were so helpful during my pre and post op!
