Bring our own bags
I live in a county where we are charged for paper bags. Most of us have now been conditioned to always bring our own bags when we grocery shop. Yet, this app forcefully charges .10 cents a bag, even when no bags are used (besides, the bags are .5cents in-store, so why the up-charge). There is no option to decline. My Safeway app has that options. Please please please give us a toggle to opt out of this charge. We are all trying our best to help the environment. Besides, I throw out the bag as soon as I get home. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Love the app and save so much!
I post my savings on tik tok. I really enjoy using the app and watching my grocery prices go down as the savings are registered on the screen. Easy to use.

App says $.80 cents off. Pump only gave me $.10

Coupon section a total mess
App was doing better until some genius decided to eliminate the ability to sort coupons alphabetically. Searching through 200-300 coupons now a royal pain in the butt. What was the most useful section of the app is now extremely consumer unfriendly. Whoever thought of this “upgrade” should be shown the door.

Combine the two shopping lists into one list.
Now you have to go to home and clipped coupons to see what you want to purchase. Please combine in one place.
iPhone app ok, iPad app junk
The iPhone app is ok, but clunky. The iPad app is total trash and completely useless. It doesn’t even support landscape mode. Seriously?
Great for management
A truly fantastic app for planning your shopping trips and using your points. Gave 4 stars because it can glitch pretty frequently.
Doesn't Work
Tried creating an account and it needed an email verification. The email with the verification link just takes you to a page that says that you need to verify your email and has a button to resend the link. I tried 3 times to verify but the link never worked so I couldn't create my account. Overall the app seemed like a bust

Bag fee
Bag fee needs to be optional for online pickup . I am tired of giant putting ONE apple in a bag and charging me 10cents every week

Clip Your Coupons
Great prices every week. Save rewards for food or gas. It helps you save! Do not purchase meats from this location because I got molded ham hocks 2 times in a row. Very cautious about meats in this store only.
