Used to be decent not anymore
Used to be able to order RX when it was ready for refill (even if auto refill never worked) and you would see when it was ready. Not anymore! Now you order and it goes to a black hole and you wait in line at the store for them to tell you it was too early and you can’t fill it yet even though the app said you could. And once it’s in the black hole you won’t see when it can actually be filled or when it’s ready. Gone are the days of it showing ready for pick up. All the reasons I switched to giant are making me question if we stay.

Charged twice
I tried to pay for my prescriptions on the app but my card was declined- which isn’t possible. I paid in store when I picked up my prescriptions. When I checked my account I realized I was charged twice! Never using the app again to pay.
Inconsistent
App constantly closing out suddenly. Constantly having to re-login.
Could be a lot better
This app needs to be a lot better. Why can’t I see if my prescriptions are ready. You work so hard at putting out an app, where is my list of medications on order. And being /or being filled. How is this app not tied into the Giant app? This app is so minimal it is about worthless. Do better.

Very fast and easy to refill scripts

Having a problem adding my mother to my app and there is no one to offer me help. The support number the pharmacy gave me tells me they don’t have anything to do with the pharmacy!
logs me out too much
I dont understand why this app logs me out so often! And it is the only app I use that my password manager can never auto-populate my password. I am so tired of resetting my password for this app.

Login still broken
Still been hanging at login for over a month. I’ve asked pharmacy techs three times to updated my address and they never do it. Cant update it in the app either. Whatever this new texting alert system is also doesn’t work. Y’all have made it insanely difficult to fill and refill prescriptions without calling and waiting on hold

Useless
Why is “view history” tab now just an empty list? Why can’t we delete medications we haven’t used in years? Doctors keep believing your list of drugs even though I don’t take them and have not refilled them in years. Just going backwards from a so-so app. Might as well just call in all refills but what an ineffective app. Fix it. Othes have asked as well this entire year. Terrible.

This app is simple to use and makes for an easy time of getting my free refills.
Can't Log In
It's been impossible for months to refill from account history, which was the primary thing I used this app for. Attempting to log in just makes the app load for a minute before saying "unknown error" and failing. I don't understand whythe problem started, and I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix. The app is unusable as it is.

Getting Worse
I can no longer see my refill drug history. It says I'm not enrolled in auto pay and then nothing about the drug I filled. Help. Also I wish I could sort my drugs that I'm able to refill by name or just delete ones that have 0 refills and also expired. Help.
Please fix your app
The app used to be great when I came out. I used it all the time. I’m dyslexic so calling was a challenge getting the script number correct. Ever since the update at the beginning of 2025 I can no longer use the “refill from account and history” option. It won’t let me log in. I have tried ( many times) resetting my password and once I put the temporary password in it just spins on the log in screen. I even un downloaded and redownloaded it. It’s just disappointing.

Can’t get it to work
I downloaded this because Giant offers access to a locker to retrieve Rx. You are supposed to be able to pay using the app, and get a code to open the locked box and avoid wait in in line.
I’ve found it impossible to successfully enter a credit card for payments, so the whole process is foiled. I’ve tried multiple times, using 2 different credit cards, and haven’t been successful yet.
Why spend as much time trying to enter a payment method as waiting in line? Especially since you’re going to have to wait in line anyway?

Refilling prescriptions
Easy to scan for prescriptions getting text messages from Giant telling me it’s ready, on occasion they show up late at the pharmacy, I get it we’re not in a perfect world, but I’ve waited in the past for 40 minutes past opening, last time I waited 20 minutes, doesn’t happen too often
