It’s been a problem for the longest time and it never gets fixed. You’ll maybe get some free play added if you’re unable to click on the games but you could be missing out on more $ by not actually given the chance to play

The app is constantly broken
The app is a real struggle to work. It glitches and no one can log in.

This app never works right. Can’t click the link to book a room or anything. Always have to uninstall then reinstall to maybe get it to work right. Even then, usually doesnt.

App has been broken for weeks.
Points seem to be inaccurate and take forever to update after earning, pages don’t open properly and just show q yellow box, app has to be deleted and redownloaded over and over to update it or fix bugs.

San Tan is by far the worst casino I’ve ever played at. And I’ve been to plenty of slumps. This app doesn’t work 75% of the time.

Points don’t seem accurate when you can see them. I get a popup that says “Casino Service Error.” The only way to get rid of it is to delete the app and download it again. I complained at the desk at the casino. They said they were aware of the issue, but they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s been happening for like 3 months.

App stopped working after the recent kiosk update at the properties. Gave it a few days, kiosks are up and running (at least at VQ and WHP) and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app…still not working. I rely on the app to check my account and keep track of play. Please fix
