Before subscribing, look closely at the developer listed on this page. “Telmate product INC.” This is not “Telmate, LLC”, the company behind GTL’s GettingOut service that a lot correctional facilities use.

Not very many prisons

I was told to download this app and I could communicate with my friend in Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga California. So, I paid $20 only to search that prison and nothing happened. I assume thst means that this app doesn't connect with that prison. If I am wrong, app master let me know how I can connect with my friend. Until then I would not use this app unless you know that they have the prison you want.

Useless and broken

Mandatory subscription, and then when you get in, the inmate search function does not work at all.

This is a scam

This app is a scam. Don’t fall for it like I did. You cannot search your inmate until you subscribe and after they have your money it shows you that you can only connect with inmates in about 5 prisons.

I am unable to find an inmate at Wayne county correction in Detroit.

GLT getting out is very, very difficult for me. I am older and not great with technology. I have called three different phone numbers, only to be told to download app. I need someone to walk me through the process. Thank you.
