Inmate has been incarcerated for months, trying to get in touch instead of having to go onto the website itself. Saying you'll be adding new facilities soon, it's been half a year now and nothing has changed. Don't send me a response that tells me to get in touch with your tech support, do better as a company. Especially with 70+ reviews that are all one star, do better.

I wasted money
This is the worst experience. My cousins mom is dying on hospice and I paid for phone calls and text messages. He’s not receiving anything and I cannot call. This is a disgrace. Very frustrating. I was hoping for a solution to be able to communicate. His mom so desperately needs to hear from him before she passes. Awful experience.

Brace yourself
This is the worst app I have ever experienced. Do not put money on the text or calling option, just deposit it to their account. He could read my text messages, but he could not respond. I was never able to call him because it said I wasn’t approved. I am normally very positive and it’s taking a lot of self-restraint to not mentally vomit all over this review.

Scam?
I put money on the account. Every time I try to message the person I added to the account, I get “ insufficient funds” error. Then they want you to contact customer service to get it fixed? No thanks. Don’t use this app. Developers should be embarrassed. -1 start review

TERRIBLE APP you can’t search or find anyone because it’s always saying “more coming soon” after every search inquiry
