Inmate has been incarcerated for months, trying to get in touch instead of having to go onto the website itself. Saying you'll be adding new facilities soon, it's been half a year now and nothing has changed. Don't send me a response that tells me to get in touch with your tech support, do better as a company. Especially with 70+ reviews that are all one star, do better.

I wasted money
This is the worst experience. My cousins mom is dying on hospice and I paid for phone calls and text messages. He’s not receiving anything and I cannot call. This is a disgrace. Very frustrating. I was hoping for a solution to be able to communicate. His mom so desperately needs to hear from him before she passes. Awful experience.

Brace yourself
This is the worst app I have ever experienced. Do not put money on the text or calling option, just deposit it to their account. He could read my text messages, but he could not respond. I was never able to call him because it said I wasn’t approved. I am normally very positive and it’s taking a lot of self-restraint to not mentally vomit all over this review.

Scam?
I put money on the account. Every time I try to message the person I added to the account, I get “ insufficient funds” error. Then they want you to contact customer service to get it fixed? No thanks. Don’t use this app. Developers should be embarrassed. -1 start review

Probably one of the worst communication and money exchange platforms out there matter what you do you’re always getting in here and the fees to do anything are astronomical. Also putting money on Cantina and video calling money are two different money and if you want to give music it’s like $1.95, which is fine but then you have like nine dollar convenience fee.

They have a wrong phone number for me and no one to contact to get it fixed. Not able to even use this app because of wrong number. Use internet one not this. Can’t contact anyone here to get it fixed either.

Just came from the jail. Tried to log in on one of the kiosk. Couldn’t find the symbol that I used in my password. Took a picture of the screen for proof. When I set up my password on the app. I didn’t get you can use that. I managed to add some cash to the account at the jail. Got an email saying that But no credit. On the account

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to add money for my son and it doesn’t show my state. It worked perfect the first time I used it and I tried to use it the next day and there are only a few states on it, and mine isn’t and it just says more states will be added soon. My son needs money NOW!! I’m so upset. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and nothing works, this is ridiculous

Trying add money so that I may talk to my friend incarcerated and there no place to add money. When using Inmate Canteen it directs me to Team 3 Inmate Canteen, so I go web site it directs me to reopen inmate canteen. So I find my friend and click on phone, I get message saying insufficient funds add money, but it repeats saying, go back to Team 3 Inmate Canteen and viscous circle repeats it self.

This app does NOT allow you to make calls at all! You can text but it’s better if you just text the inmate’s phone number from your messaging app on your phone. This is a waste of space on my phone! Worthless!

Only have one start because zero isn’t an option. I added funds, can see it in my transaction history, but it didn’t update my account so I can’t text my person.
