Signed up for a business account and before I could even upload my profile picture there was a request for my services under “Jane Doe”. The app makes you pay in order to confirm clients and view their contact info so I decided to pay the $19 commission fee in order to view the client. I try to use the CC processor in the app but I get a error message saying that “the card could not be processed at this time”. My only other option at this point is to pay the $25 subscription price to view the client booking details. I process the subscription through Apple Pay and confirm the appointment but the name still stays under “Jane Doe” and the number provided is a fake.
TLDR: Do not give these people your money!! They generate a fake client right after you sign up to trick you into paying for the stupid subscription.

I just started working through this service, but I have already appreciated its convenience. I set up the card payment, added gaps, and the customers sign up on their own. Plus, the app helps with time management, I do all the planning in it.

This is a good app to look for the customers. The monthly subscription is quite inexpensive, while working in it has got simpler. There are notifications of new appointments, so I am definitely not going to miss anything. Plus, you can set a fine for unexpected cancellations.

Les clients s’inscrivent eux-mêmes, s’ils annulent en retard ou ne viennent pas - il y a une pénalité pour cela, donc je ne perds rien.

Since I've started using this app, I find clients much quicker and easier. Plus I no longer need any money for promotion, the clients find me. Online appointments are easier to manage: all the data is saved in my account, and I see what time is booked. I don't use a planner anymore
