Stuck
I tried to create an account but apparently I have one already. App says I’d get an email. I didn’t. I tried Forgot Password. Again no email came. So I’m stuck. Hopeless.
Change the age rating please
Good app that I use myself with no issues. I’ve recently joined my son up to Fitclub (he’s 12) but he is unable to download and use the app. I think this is because we have put parental controls on his phone - as many parents do. A default part of parental controls is they stop children from downloading apps that have an age rating older than the child’s age. I think due to the Glasgow Club app having a 17+ age rating this is blocking him. I’m not aware of any adult content on this app so, unless there’s good reasons, please can you reduce the age required to download the app please?

Frustrating Payment Process
Its been a while i have been using the app, it provides easy access to book courts but every time while paying have to enter the card details which is frustrating.
In the digital world where apple pay has been the easiest payment option available , the least i can expect is the option to save card details.

Online Booking
When booking I saw an 'error message' saying please correct highlighted field but nothing was highlighted! The system would not accept the apostrophe in my name but this was not clear. I suggest amending the system to accept apostrophes like every other system I've used or at least make it clear what the issue is.

Disabled on jailbroken (or Mac, or simulator)…
Frustrating but just makes me think … what are you hiding, developers? What could you possibly be worried about? What are you not securing?
Continuously logs me out
I find this app very frustrating, it’s great when it works but it constantly logs me out and doesn’t recognise my email when I want to relog in. It can take days to rectify. So frustrating!

Castlemilk sauna has now been shut now since Covid also baby pool yet up in East Kilbride sauna steam room ect is open WHY CAN IT BE DONE IN EAST KILBRIDE AND NOT IN CASTLEMILK ITS A DISCRACE

My app suddenly stopped working, logged me out I have tried to reset the password as it now say that it’s wrong but it won’t reset, the admin reset and it’s still saying it’s wrong.

Terrible app, bad membership system
The app is terribly designed, does not make it clear how to access the facilities or purchase memberships and if you go in person they say you need to sign up on the app.
‘Unrestricted web access’
Because of this my kids can’t download the app. There is no way I am changing their settings just so they can book the swimming pool. Why is this a requirement of your app? Looks like it may be related to data privacy. Whatever - it’s highly suspicious. Link to developer support takes me to another useless Glasgow Life general page full of pictures of happy people from stock libraries exercising instead of out of shape Glaswegians. Crapware

Please add an option for waitlists for classes. I also can’t find a way to store my payment details - it’s getting boring having to manually put in my details everytime I want to book a class! Am I missing something?
Doesn’t have a log in feature
I downloaded the app on my iPad. When I go to accounts it says I haven’t logged in. It doesn’t say where to log in? I went to the website and looked for instructions & there are none about how to login. After fiddling around a lot I could find the login page. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s enough to put one off technology!
After clicking on something it aloud me to login… so phew, I’m all connected up. Once logged in it works well.
I am revising my stars because, after sending emails about my difficulties. A staff got I touch with me & reassured me that help would be available at my nearest leisure centre.
