Theoretically the group booking is a great idea

Practically I really struggled to get scanning multiple QR codes to work. If they could get it to scanning one QR code for several passengers, it’d be wonderful. Either way I have a little more peace of mind buying a ticket when the Mastercard/VISA/paywave is down, but never came across a ticket inspector or police (politie?) to confirm.

Challenging with Multiple Passengers

When using tickets with additional passengers. It’s challenging to switch between passengers tickets easily. Currently it requires going to “my tickets” then selecting the leg of the journey and passenger then clicking “Show QR code” then once that has scanned the user needs to select back and do the process of selecting the correct ticket and pressing show QR code again. It would be more user friendly if there was a way to select the leg of the journey and show all QR codes for the passengers or have a way to easily swipe between passengers.

Fantastic App

This app was fantastic for getting around Amsterdam quickly and efficiently. It clearly shows you several options to get to your destination from whichever location you’re at and how much it’ll cost (although I just tended to pay on the trams rather than through the app). Definitely worth downloading if you’re heading to Amsterdam.

Could be okay, but bad when you really need it to be reliable

It isn’t perfectly synced with the actual times for the buses. Multiple times the bus I needed to take wasn’t showing up so I was forced to buy a ticket on the bus for 2 times the price. It’s good if you’re just relaxing, but don’t expect to depend on it in with tight travel plans.

The developers probably have it set that it only shows what the computer determines to be the “best” rides.. I needs to just show all of them; like google does (for example), the computer doesn’t always give the best options, therefore it’s not reliable
