If you are looking into getting their payments system run away…pax doesn’t always connect immediately, customer are always waiting a minute to pay, I have had so many people leave the store rather than wait.

Terrible System
Nothing about this system is intuitive or easy. Reporting is worthless, and info pushed to Quickbooks is just summarized... which means that it’s nearly impossible to get any useful management information. We paid for a year up front, and we should’ve known better. Big mistake. We’re looking for a new system after 6 months of use.
