A complete joke
I’ve had this app for over a yr and every month it’s a glitch or it’s not working , when I submit my payment it’s a or miss if it goes thru , just like now im tryna make a payment and it’s saying error ugh complete joke

I’ve had GL family heritage for years, and I’ve been filing claims off the website and always have wondered if there was a way to see how much I have saved along with my policy information. This app is a great addition! Thank you!!

It always set me up to change password give me a hard time just to log in to make a payment
Very unhelpful app
Logging in is a nightmare. Never remembers your log in info, even if you save it. Always delays when logging in. Always asks for you to enter a code after logging in with all your information provided. I just had to log in 2x and provide 2 codes both times and change my password…As if a scammer is trying to log in to pay your bills…… Make this easier good god!!!!They send mail not stop too!!!!

Globe App
I have had a terrible time signing in and had to call customer service to get my password reset. Now the app won’t open. Seriously thinking about canceling my policy and going with another company if things don’t improve.

Can't login to make payments
It's been 2 months now and I can't login to make payments. It keeps asking me to change my password but when I do it errors out. Even on the website I can't login😒🙄😒🙄
Worst decision I ever made!
I’ve been trying to log into my account for three months now I have tried to change my password no help at all whatsoever even with calling customer service! This is so terrible and not to mention every time I make a payment on time they never take the money out of my account. It literally take them a month to take the money out of your account.

Fix please
Save payment method does not show up when making payments on policies. Have to enter payment information all over and app is still buggy

Every time I open the app and try to sign in it sends me to a create new password page.

Broken App with new update
Once the app and website updated, I can no longer log into my account!! It requires a password change, but always gives an error message when I try to change it. Before that, I couldn't enter bank info, only a credit /debit card. This needs to be fixed!!!!

Customer service takes 10 min to connect, not helpful said to send email to customer service, took a week to respond!!
