eSIM is horrible
Went to SM Mall after reading the eSIM instructions. The process is horrible. It took the Globe staff FOUR! attempts on their WiFi to register and activate the eSIM. How is a customer supposed to do it if it takes the experts 4 tries?

Confusing and unavailable
Often promo not available at 7/11. This is after you put your number in and go to counter, wait in line, only to be told the promo is not available.
I also want to buy international calling. I buy load to pay for it and because I am on some other deal, which I can’t find, I can’t buy the international Call promo.

Not tourist friendly
To purchase an eSIM as a traveller to the Philippines, I have followed instructions from the website but the app is completely different, you cannot purchase an eSIM as what instructed on the website. It does not accept credit card as well only G cash.
The app is broken
I have Globe at home 5G. When I register it on this app, nothing works. Everything I do results in an error. If I try to buy load, it only shows me load for the old 4G WiFi. I can’t see the expiration date, I can’t buy load. This is a problem with the iPhone app, because everything works fine on the android app.
Also, there is no way to contact the developer. It takes you to the globe website with no way to contact anyone or leave a bug report. I think this goes against the App Store agreement the dev signs to gain dev access

Travel eSIM
Planning a visit to the Philippines in 7 days down loaded globe app but can’t find how or where to buy the travel 5g eSIM
Used to work. Doesn’t anymore.
This used to work just fine. I registered my eSIM without too much inconvenience as is the norm in the Philippines when you try to do just about anything but I digress. Now? It won’t even open. I’ve tried using FaceID, tried entering my pin, then tried waiting a week in case they were doing maintenance on the app but still can’t access it. At this point, I’m about ready to give up on Globe as a service provider because this is just getting ridiculous. Even the GCash app won’t load half the time. If you’re traveling to the Philippines, just buy a SMART eSIM at a kiosk at any major mall and be done with it.

Your email regex throws an error when there is more than 1 underscore in the local chunk. Apart from this, the app is pretty solid.
Credit card payments very difficult to use
Suggesting that you make a way for the app to save our credit card information instead of us manually encoding everytime. Today I tried 3 different cards and ur authentication page says it’s still authenticating meaning ur app is buggy or intentionally creating friction for credit card payments in order to favor paying by Gcash. Very unsatisfactory

Load issue
Globe keep on deducting load even if I don’t use any service and using WiFi. Can’t even refund the deducted load amount

The phone is turned off, If I look at it you charge me extra for roaming. Turn off the roaming charges! Now please.

Useless app, if functions keeps failing. Fix your app and test it properly before deploying and adding more features that doesnt work porperly

This program was written by an amateur. For example,
- I could be not enter a period in the amount. And that amount should have been available as a drop in.
- Hitting Choose a payment method after entering data should bring back the form populated with the already entered data.

3rd world app
One has to transfer cash to the app and pay a surcharge for doing so. Ridiculously inefficient and a money-grab. Poor people have to pay…to pay. Make it make sense.

Always erroring out and enough adds! If I don’t want to do something one time stop spamming with them!!!
