Cannot send messages
I have enough load balance,already on roaming status even bought a roaming data but still cannot send a message through my globe number.kindly fix your service
A couple issues
First, there is no way to see which promo is being used and you can’t see when it expires. You tap on the unli data circle and you just get an error. Next, the app keeps notifying me to update to the latest version. But when I go to the App Store, there is no update!!!!!

Very convenient and easy payment process. This is much better than going to the Globe customer care office and wait for your turn so you can settle your bills with customer service. Online payment is the best.
Tourist eSIM? Very bad experience!
The registration process keeps failing with random errors, impossible downloads and session timeouts. Good that I already paid the money upfront which makes me try harder. Customer service is an abysmal Facebook messenger chatbot. Never again if I don’t get this to work today.
Easy to see Bill and pay bill no need to go to branch to pay.

Horrible experience for visitors, hard to verify identity and won’t accept verification documents. Secondary data randomly stopped working for me and no amount of resets fixed this issue. At this point you might as well pay for roaming as it’s far more reliable.

Worst app and worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Pag sa bayaran mabilis ang process eh. Pero pag need ng technical or other processes it takes forever.
We’ve been a Globe Customer since 2012 more than a decade til now wala parin pag babago sa Home Plan namin wala silang ginagawang upgrade sa system nila. What a joke. 2026 na napag-iiwanan na ng other provider. This is disappointing

Difficult to use cannot activate can’t get help
I’ve tried to verify sim multiple times and it keeps failing I cannot find any way to contact and get help I want to refund and get a sim that works here as I’m already half way through my stay very difficult to use or activate
Worthless
This has to be the most worthless app and SIM card that I’ve ever had. I got a Globe SIM that should have been a brand new number. What I got was a used number and I could not change to get a new number. I’m in the states now and wanted to load my SIM with international calling and data. Did that and I can’t make any calls or text. Worthless just plain useless service. If I could give them a negative I would!!!

Useless!!
The app will not upload my verification documents. I have paid for this PH sim and I cannot use it as it will not allow me to verify. There is no support or help option to get in touch with them to troubleshoot the issue. So it is absolutely useless! If anyone from globe actually reads this review please get in touch with me so I can either verify my sim and actually use it or get a refund. Thanks!

I requested to downgrade my subscription with globe because as you can see I haven’t even use 1 gig with the your slow internet service. This was requested almost a month ago but no response up to now! Your service is below sea level. You only care about money!!

I purchased a travel eSIM through GlobeOne and was completely unable to activate it. The reason? Their system requires a one-time PIN (OTP) to verify the eSIM… but the OTP can’t be delivered because the eSIM isn’t verified yet.
Yes — a perfect Catch-22.
After multiple failed attempts, the app then locked me out with a message saying I’d tried too many times and needed to wait two hours. So not only does their system fail, it punishes you for trying to fix it.
Customer support is just as bad. Their website sends you in endless circles of “help” articles that all say to click a “Get Help” button that doesn’t exist anywhere. It’s like a joke—except you’re the one paying for it.
I eventually had to track down their Facebook page just to reach a real human. The response? “We’ll get back to you in 15 minutes to 24 hours.” That’s not support—that’s a gamble.
A company that makes activation this broken and support this inaccessible clearly does not care about its customers. If you’re traveling and need reliable connectivity, do yourself a favor and choose literally any other provider.

Wasted a lot of time trying to get an eSIM but it wouldn’t accept my payment. My nephew even tried on his Globe phone and it didn’t work. Not a good experience
Is the app still active?
Its been more than a week now, the app stops on the logo part when opening it… it is only on the loading section… Is there any remedy for this problem?
eSIM wouldn’t download then I had to make a Facebook account
I checked to see if my phone was compatible with a eSIM and it was so I purchase a eSIM. When it didn’t download I was prompted to talk to tech support. They don’t have a chat function on the app or website. It looks like they only communicate through Facebook messenger app. I went to create a messenger account but then the messenger app requires an identify verification that will take 48 hours. So now I don’t have a eSIM and I am about to leave for the airport. This is infuriating. I hate meta. I didn’t even want to make an account.
