Globug Issues
This App is awful Cant top up at all, gives false reading. This huge power company rips off the poor people who can’t get power from other power companies. Their excuse is they trying to update since December 2025. Fraud charges should be handed to shareholders.

Frequent issues
It's a useful app overall, but after topping up the acc it doesn't let me reconnect my power. It will stay frozen saying "disconnecting" and doesn't refresh and/or give the option to reconnect the power. We'll have to either ring up or go on the website to do it.
App won’t open ?
App won’t open on my phone past few days. How do i check/ top up without it? Probably time to move to a different provider. Will i get my remaining balance refunded?
Slow
The app does not have an option for saved cards so every time I top up I have to grab my card. The app does not have the reconnect button available once I’ve topped up which is annoying because then I have to use the online version. Calling to reconnect is such a hassle because the machine operator keeps repeating herself. The reminder notifications works every once in a while when it wants to. Overall, slow and inconvenient app which needs developing because this is an essential tool for people.

Horrible app
This app needs a fix and it needs it quickly. It does not allow me to reconnect my power after I top up so I have to call then i get put on hold for hours!

Fix Reminders
I can update my reminder so my balance went far below than I’d like. Very very frustrating.
Constant issue
First time I have ever left a review for anything, this app is great when it works but it hardly works as it sits on constant loading screen all the time. If you are going to have an app that people rely on please make sure it works!
Logging troubles
I downloaded the app a while ago and now it wont let allow me access to my account
Doesn’t work with iOS
I’ve used several iPhones to log in but it just wouldn’t work at all. I thought it was only me but I’ve noticed other iOS users have the same issue.
Fix problem please
I topped up my account while it is still connected and it still hasn’t gone in my account but already deducted from my bank account. Very disappointed ☹️ Please fix problem
So frustrating
Honestly I never leave reviews but this app calls for it. It constantly logs you out so if you don’t have your card details saved somewhere else it’s a hassle. You can’t save card details and it’s honestly over all slow to use. Really need to up the quality.

Poor customer service. Asked three times over the course of 2 months to add my partner’s name to the account but kept failing to do so. The app is always crashing.
Fix these issues
App is not good it keeps logging out,I always need to log back in, also the app is not giving accurate readings, has the app been updated?
Or maybe it needs to be updated.
