Needless Updating
Most recent update made it more challenging to input meals and search historical entries for continued use. What used to be fairly easy has become a chore.

Hopeless support
Asked support a question and they won’t answer u less I answer 100s of personal questions. Omnipod user forced to us this app. It Does not sync carbs to Apple health or display HBA1C yet it does on the website
Great when it works
We really depend on the Glooko interface. The data analytic tools are great for guiding clinical decisions. However, twice now, when we have sent diagnostics and requested support, it has taken weeks for resolution. During those weeks, we lost access to the app entirely and had extremely limited, view only access on the web based portal. This is just unacceptable considering it is medical data and has an impact on delivery of care. Glooko should be more responsive and quicker at resolving issues.

Super App bis auf eins
Die App ist super und würde auch 5 Sterne geben wenn man auch Medikamente löschen könnte aus dem Medikamentenschrank. Ich hatte Medikamente gehabt, die ich nicht mehr nehme bzw. wurde ich umgestellt. Es befinden sich somit immer noch die alten drin. Bitte einfügen das man diese löschen kann. Es wird somit völlig unübersichtlich. Danke. Dann kann ich auch 5 Sterne vergeben.

Carbs? How much?
Glooko allowed me to find the carb load on so many different foods. It is easy unlike other apps the entries are totaled so you can calculate your insulin based on the entire meal.
Doesn’t connect to devices
This app won’t connect to my meter, despite it being a listed supported meter. I have gone through trouble shooting with their customer service and they also could not find the reason so I sent in diagnostic information from the app, to which I was told wasn’t received on their end. I sent it from the app three times. It seems there is no fix at this time. This meter connects via Bluetooth to my phone just fine, but this app refuses to sync with it. Unfortunately this is the app my clinic uses to track my glucose between appts, and if the meter does not sync you can’t even enter them into the app manually. There should at least be a back up option to manually enter if the connectivity is going to be so poor. Disappointing.

Disappointing
The phone app only gives times in range readings for the last two weeks. That information is however available on the web portal for other periods than just two weeks, so why the restrictions on the app?
Issues with app
When I opened the app at my endocrinologist office,
the app stalled out while downloading data and asked me to re-login.
The apps’ screen hung up and never let me have the option to login.
I had to delete the app and reinstall in order for the app to begin working again, otherwise the app kept remaining stuck at a blank 0% d/l data screen and no login option.
Once reinstalled and re-logged in the d/l started to work.
The d/l progress began to lock up at 21% this time.
The app looked stalled for minutes and then after taking my vitals at the endos’ office (approx 5 mins) I picked up my phone and the d/l was complete but data was still synching.

True Metrix Air not syncing since v6.13
Glooko used to work great until v6.13 (New Meal Logging big update). Since v6.13 which was 7 months ago my True Metrix Air does not sync anymore. Every attempt to re-pair has an error. All other Glooko features revolve around glucose monitoring in order to make decisions but if the app cannot sync with the glucometer the rest of the app becomes basically useless. I would like to continue using Glooko but cannot if the syncing feature does not work.

Great so far
I have only started using this today for my diabetes but it is amazing so far! Every single question you can imagine that your endo is going to ask, it has an option to put that data in. It’s just so convenient that it’s all in one place! If I start to have opposite feelings about this app, I will update but I don’t think I’m going to need to😊

Downtime
Would have been a 5 star had we not had an unexplained down time, missing carb and insulin doses recently. Graph was there but no other detail. It's back now. So all good.
Display and Widget
I love the app. It brings all of my numbers into one area of view without having to access multiple apps to get all details. For future development it would be nice to see a widget and on-screen display of up to the minute cgm numbers.

Data is very slow to load. Takes several minutes.
Background app fresh doesn’t work to download. You have to keep the app open. No API to get full data either. It’s not your data is the person data
Accessibility and Carbs
can you enhance contrast, colours and especially text size please?
ok for seeing a general pattern of BG but there’s no way to make graphs and especially their legends readable if you have eye issues, as many diabetics have.
Also, carb data isn’t pulling through so it’s not accurate for adjusting my pump.

Laggy as all get out
This app was fantastic until the total redesign. The barcode scanner hangs for about 30 seconds before opening the camera. This makes logging a meal take forever. We’ve all but abandoned using the app after using it daily for almost 2 years.
