Worst food delivery app

First order with app, waited two hours. Asked them why the delay and have been given every single reason under the sun. One minute it was the food is ready but first rider cancelled and we couldn’t find another rider, next minute is the restaurant didn’t prepare the food. Finally cancelled my order mid chat saying the restaurant was already closed when they received the order. Which is a blatant lie I checked Google mail the restaurant is still open. Now I am stuck in a small city, nothing is open, and there’s no food delivery available anywhere. Horrible experience.

Horrible app! Why can’t there be one decent app for delivery here? I ordered something and it showed an estimated time at first, after a long time it showed that the rider is going somewhere else first like EXCUSE ME??? Did I subscribe for such RUBBISH?
