Forced use means no help
Of course this is an app General Motors is forcing us to use it, but there’s no help with the app. The camera doesn’t scan anything because nothing comes out clear everything is just blurry, but General Motors is making us use it. Even with the last update, the camera will not scan in so you have to type the Vin to all the vehicles. Not to mention the fact that if you want to take pictures of the license or insurance card, you can’t do that when you’re putting the information in of the license or the insurance card. You have to wait till you get past those sections and put all that information in and then ask the customer for that item back so you can take pictures later in the process… whoever is writing this app needs to take a page out of the TSD book. Their app works a lot better.
