Inoperable app, incompetentcompany
Every time I log in, it’s a different experience, credentials are not honored, the type of credential is different, and the web interface and app are inconsistent. Not only was the help desk not able to resolve my problem, the company said they’d send my information to me and it never arrived.
I’ve had terrible experience with this company being unhelpful, and they even failed to pay my friend’s tax withholdings!!

Love the New App!
My employees are loving this new app! The functionality is great and they are now able to easily access all the features they would find on the website. This new tech launch has been a game changer for our experience with GMS.
