Doesn’t work
I have never once gotten the app to scan properly. Doesn’t even say “declined” the reader just doesn’t detect anything.

QR code payment never works. There’s no customer support. Do not download this app unless you want to lose money or love missing the bus.
Can’t register new account
I’m trying to register a new account, there’s no link to do this. I tried “forgot password” link, I get an error code when I put in my email address. Since I’m unable to use this app, it deserves zero stars.

Does not work on buses, needs a apple pay feature instead of a useless QR CODE
Stopped Working
I’m submitting this review again as my first was never posted. The app stopped working in late May. Despite several calls and assurances that my request for help would be escalated, I’ve received no assistance in resolving the matter. I have $41.70 that I cannot use.
Can’t register an account
I’m from out of town and wanted to take the bus. There is no way to set up an account in this app without first buying a physical transit pass. I’m trying to take a bus in half an hour! Delete this garbage and pay with cash.

The QR code never works! I have a hard time with some of the bus drivers who try to make me pay and I have money on the app!! I call to get a new card they won’t send it! I can’t get a refund on the money that’s on my account so I have money that’s not being used due the scanner never working
