the app said the driver had picked me up and didn’t pick me up at all then my ride got canceled when i was clearly at the pick up stop and the driver never showed up
you can never get any demand it’s very rare they tell you to take the city bus or walk which defeats the whole point of the app and you should be able to go to all spots downtown not only 4 specific areas
driver was eating chips and missed the stop a few times
and sometimes you have to wait up to 40 minutes just to be picked up for a 5 minute drive

Horrible App
It doesn’t make any sense that this app is a ridesharing service but 75% of the time, it’s telling me I should take the bus. It’s a glorified bus service app. It’s not an on-demand ride share. Because there’s limited amount of employees (which such a low fee) and a town of people, they can’t service their customers. Better off using Lyft or Uber, especially if you have somewhere to go. TERRIBLE. Do not recommend. Also the UI is atrocious.

Daniel went the extra mile to help me understand how to find the pickup location, and he did it with patience and kindness. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and he was extremely friendly from start to finish. The ride is a great representation of ViaNHV—professional, reliable, and welcoming. PREDATOR DRIVING!!!
They hire literally anybody to drive, rude and dirty drivers but the last straw was them hiring a whole predator. Please be careful if you have kids or are a woman I’ve made a report about Duverson S, he decided to have phone sex with some ghetto girl while we was in the car with him and they won’t do anything about it I’ve called them multiple times and each time they said to just wait for someone in the internal team to follow up with me which they never did meanwhile he’s still driving around. UNACCEPTABLE
