How are they not embarrassed???
Wow, yet another review on how bad this app is. They do send you an email but can’t send you an SMS? So instead of letting you confirm by email they just tell you in the email to check your SMS that never comes? Why not just confirm with email. Good grief. Also, the search is terrible and does not always show the options or even the correct times.
For the love, hire someone that knows how to make a proper app and stop embarrassing yourselves. I travel all over the world and this is one of the worst.

Still has same issues
Still has same issues being reported here for years. Will not send validation code to US/CAN numbers, so it is basically useless. Odd that they can’t or won’t fix something simple like this.
Worst app for public transport i ever used
This app is atrocious. It is nearly impossible to find the names of the stations. There is no feature that allows for geolocation. Horrible experience

Good to know it's not just me. I've tried to get the SMS like 15 times. Saw on Reddit to try unico but another review says it has the same issue. Ugh.

Haben Tickets gebucht über die App. Geld wurde abgebucht, aber es wurden uns keine Tickets bereitgestellt. Nie wieder!!

Ils semblent incapables d’envoyer un sms sur un cellulaire canadien. On dirait que c’est fait pour les italiens. A moins qu’il y ait un bug dans le système
Not user friendly
Validating registration by SMS only is a bad idea… with only data, i could use WhatsApp or email, but these options are not available. Bad user experience!

Findet keine einzige Haltestelle auf Ischia. Findet fast keine Busverbindungen korrekt auf Ischia, Fahrpreis für einfache Fahrt nicht korrekt (5,10 statt 1,70)!
Fazit: schnell wieder deinstallieren, Fahrplan und Fahrscheine wie gehabt als Papierausgabe nutzen!

Téléchargé le 13 avril 2025. Ils vous demandent des informations telles que votre adresse électronique, votre adresse et votre numéro de téléphone portable, etc. Il vous est d'abord demandé d'activer l'application en cliquant sur un lien dans un courriel qu'ils vous envoient. Vous devez enregistrer votre carte bancaire dans l'application, c'est la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée. Une fois la carte ajoutée et les 0 euros débités de votre compte bancaire, vous pouvez facilement trouver des trajets et acheter des billets. Nous avons utilisé l'application pour acheter des billets sur la ligne Torre Annunziata-Napoli.

The only thing I was not so keen on was adding my bank card which must be done. They make a 0Eur transaction to your bank to register it then it’s done.

Funziona a tratti, pagamenti a vuoto
L’app il 90% del tempo funziona correttamente, ma é inaccettabile che capiti che il pagamento con Nexi vada a buon fine con tanto di soldi prelevati dal conto e mail ricevuta e invece nell’applicativo non figurano i titoli acquistati (pagato due volte, entrambi i titoli non sono presenti).
Do not get an SMS message
UPDATED: I sent an email to the service link and within with my phone number and the service team verified my number and email. The App I then had to use Password Reminder and then I was in. I added a credit card and today purchased first tickets. The tickets have QR codes when activated to get through the barriers.

A disastrous app
Times of the trains are always wrong. Half of the time, they show trains that don’t even exist, and I can’t see the route of the train (where it will stop, etc.). In some stations, there is no QR code reader, so the QR code feature is useless.
I think this company should stop working in this field and give all authority of the line to Trenitalia. They do a far better job. For goodness’ sake, how hard could it be to synchronize this app with existing trains and lines? There aren’t even many trains and routes.
Even I, as a single entity, could do a better job than this.

SMS Authenticate didn’t work, but email did
As many others have wrote, I never received the SMS code to verify my account. I emailed customer service and asked them to verify my account which they did. I was then able to login, search for and buy train tickets from Sorrento to Napoli.

Gate wont accept the ticket or NFC credit cards
